Excellent customer service
We visited the store yesterday evening(30 Oct) and were helped by Amina. She was knowledgeable, courteous, highly professional and went out of her way to clarify any points or queries we raised. We were interested in a desk, a chair and two stools. We told Amina that as it constituted considerable expenditure we would think about it and get back to her.
That evening we looked at the furniture online and decided that, although it would be easier to make the purchase online, Amina had, with her helpful attitude, basically sold us the products and that it would be only right to revisit the store and make the purchases in person.
We went back this morning and again dealt with Amina who again went out of her way to be helpful. Her interpersonal skills are outstanding and it is refreshing to find someone who is genuinely interested in being helpful and not reading from a script. She would certainly encourage us to use EZ Living again.

Pushy sales rep
Pushy sales rep. Other than I liked the chair itself bought, I would have left the shop as she put my off.

Bought 2 Alexio recliners
We wanted to buy 2 reclining chairs for our newly extended kitchen. Amina in the Coleraine store was so helpful showing us all options and giving us time to test them out. She was extremely helpful when I showed her a picture of the room, advising us on suitable colours. She was friendly, professional and helpful without being forceful. Thank you EZ Living and Amina!

The service was outstanding. He was able help us pick the right sofa, chair, bed frames and mattresses. He is the mattress king. Font of all knowledge. We can't wait to shope again for the rest of our new goods for our new home and will be asking for him in person.
He went above and beyond. I have never had customer service like it before. Simply outstanding

Experience in Coleraine store was made by the helpful and knowledgable staff.
Alisha Jordan helped me find bar stools to match the dining furniture I had previously purchased. Gave me clear dimensions to allow me to measure at home.
I spoke to her a couple of times and when I was ready to purchase she set up a payment link so I could easily pay.

Fantastic experience
We have recently purchased new dining table & furniture and were not only impressed by the beautiful ranges to choose from, but by the help and service received. We dealt with Alisha, who was extremely helpful when options were being discussed and was always willing to check alternatives. What I liked best was the fact there was no pushy salesperson tactics here, Alisha was patient and gave us space to think about which option would be right for our home. When purchasing Alisha explained everything really clearly and the buying process was simple and straightforward. This was our first major purchase from the Coleraine store and won't be the last! Thanks so much Alisha.

Recently purchased chair
We recently purchased a chair from EZ Living Interiors and found the process really smooth and efficient. Alisha was our sales executive and couldn’t have been more helpful, she kept clear communication around the sale and helped us pick the perfect colour for the chair. They had a fantastic range of stock and great quality products. Would highly recommend both EZ Living and Alisha to family and friends looking for household interiors.
