Wonderful experience! During my visits at the coleraine store…
During my visits at the coleraine store I dealt with Ed and Alisha. Ed was so patient and took so much time helping me. Alisha was a bubble of happiness and made me feel like I’d known her a lifetime. These guys are a great example of what good customer service really should be.

When we visited EZ yesterday, we met Alisha Jordon, who made our visit a pleasure. Why? The staff were all lovely that i dealt with. I dealt most with Lyndsay who was so helpful with pulling my colours and ideas together and giving advice on materials etc. I was able to ring in store and order from another lovely girl called Alisha. The whole process was easy and i felt the staff were great at informing me of all the extras that are available with their sofas. Very happy with our experience.
