Wonderful professional
Can't say how highly we were looked after by Edwin Tease of Riverside Retail Park in Coleraine. He took time to talk to us made us feel like we were the only people in the shop. Showed us and helped us purchase what we went into shop to buy. The whole payment procedure and handover was extremely professional. I was recommended to go to EZ living by a friend and I am very glad I did. I will defo shop here again. Thank you all

Brilliant quality and service
I had never been in to ez living before and I was surprised how nice everything was. So much better than anywhere else we looked. Delivery was faster than expected and they built our chair and took away the packaging

Disappointing
Ed the salesman was terrific! He went out of his way to help me, especially when I began to feel overwhelmed when deciding on a colour for my sofa. My invoice said I’d have my sofa in 24 weeks - it was closer to 30 weeks. Not good when I’ve got an empty living room, and rushed to get new carpet to coincide with the 24 weeks. When the sofa was finally delivered, a power pack and legs were missing, so I’d to wait longer. Kirk who came out to fit the legs was very good. It turned out that the wrong legs had been sent out but he managed to acquire the right ones from the local showroom. I’m pleased with sofa, Ed and Kirk were excellent - but won’t be ordering another sofa from this company unfortunately.
