Excellent customer service!
We knew what we wanted but Alisha was incredibly helpful with advice and expertise, which enhanced our shopping experience. Her colleague also gave us some useful advice. Called into the coleraine store today…
Called into the coleraine store today 4th June. Alisha introduced herself and asked me how I was and if she could help with anything...we chatted for about 10 15 minutes about a leather sofa which I eventually purchased. Alisha is very polite and mannerly and answered all my questions very confidentially. Alisha also advised on wall art I purchased and asked was I happy with previous purchases.
I had very happy shopping experience.

Sofa purchase
We purchased a sofa from ez living and had a great experience. Went in without knowing exactly what we wanted and Ed gladly showed us around the showroom and explained the different aspects of each sofa and their qualities, showing his wealth of knowledge on the subject.
Ed was very friendly and did not try to push us into a sale and offered all the help he could.
We finished our purchase with Alisha who was also very friendly and helpful with completing our purchase.
