Dining Room Table Purchase
Visited EZ living today and we were met by a lovely sales executive Alisha Jordan who was more than happy to take us round the shop and explained the different variations and finishes of dining room tables. She helped us mix and match our chairs and carried the chairs we liked to the table we picked so we could could see how the chairs suited the table. Ordering process was very easy and would highly recommend Alisha and Ez living

Alisha provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. She was really patient (we had two excited children with us), and genuinely attentive to my needs. She was more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was clear and that I had all the information to help me make my decisions. They went out of there way to get me a mattress for my mother after she had major surgery on short notice going as far as the area manager delivering the mattress himself couldn't be anymore grateful and happy with the service

From we walked into the beds area in Ez Living ,Coleraine, Ed came straight over to us and provided in depth details on the items we were looking for. He is very friendly , efficient and knowledgeable. He took his time discussing the different types of mattresses available and invited us to try each one. We were assisted by Lynsey who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was also very friendly and made us feel comfortable to ask her what questions we had. The only disappointment was the £39 delivery fee which apparently is a standard charge. Christine Holmes

Delivery men
Jim & Aron delivered my furniture. They rang me 30 mins before delivery and arrived 30 mins later. Friendly and courteous and knowledgeable about my rights. I am moving into a new house which is not ready for the furniture to be assembled asked if I leave them in the boxes and when opened if any damage will I be covered they said they would put note that it was not opened and assembled and I would be covered.
