I was browsing in the store for a storage bench
I was browsing in the store for a few minutes when Samantha Moffett approached and offered help. She quickly directed me to the item I was looking for. It was especially good to see it in the colour I chose. As it is not my local store, she was able to sort collection at a different store. She gave me information on timescales, etc. As well as being knowledgeable about the products, she was friendly and helpful. The whole process took no time at all. Very efficient!

I called in today with my mum as I’ve previously brought from this store and I recommend it to mum. Samantha Moffett was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in doing so my mum purchased a bed , mattress and new sofa bed. Samantha took her time with my mum and was so helpful and pleasant. Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from Samantha Moffett today in your Holywood store, who went above and beyond to help us match 2 reclining chairs with a sofa that we had purchased. She let us take a swatch of the leather out by putting down a £20 deposit to make sure the chairs matched the sofa colour wise. What a great way to make sure you are making the right choice. We brought the swatch back same day and bought the 2 reclining chairs and our £20 was returned.
Samantha then pointed out all the features of the chair and how to adjust the head rest, she was very knowledgeable. Very rare you get such good customer service, so thank you Samantha for making our experience so wonderful.

He talked me through various possible mattresses that I might purchase recommending mattresses but not being pushy. I knew what I wanted before I entered the store. I tried the recliner for comfort and it was just right. The transaction was smooth and easy. Delivery was asked for as soon as possible. A week later I’m enjoying my purchase.
