Very supportive assistance.
We were looking for dining room chairs. My wife suffers with spinal issues, so therefore our choice of chair is very important. Samantha Moffett was very knowledgeable and took us through all of the available options and facilitated us to revisit several possibilities to allow us to make an informed choice. We found Samantha to be very supportive, and we are looking forward to taking delivery of our new furniture.

Buying a corner sofa
Great choice of furniture. Very helpful staff. Made sure to explain the current offers for customers. The whole transaction was very smooth and plenty of time given to make final choices. Dylan in the Holywood Exchange branch was extremely helpful.

Holywood store well worth a visit
Just come back from the EZLiving store in Holywood Exchange. First, the store was beautifully laid out, with good lighting and signage. Whoever chose the diffuser scent should be applauded also. We were allowed to browse without being leapt on by a salesperson which we really appreciated. Help was on hand as soon as we needed it. We had spotted a nice marble topped table and Shaun Goldthorpe was ready and able to help. He knew the product extremely well, when it would arrive on order, how many had been ordered and how many had already been spoken for. No hard sell which we also appreciated and this worked as I not only bought the table but also the 5 year insurance package. A very able salesperson and a pleasurable shopping experience.

Friday morning delivery

I had advised her earlier in the week that the only day convenient to me was Friday 24th April.
