We just bought a corner suite from EZ Living Holywood Exchange and were attended to by Phil Brannigan. As we have bought from Ez Living before we were glad that Phil was still there as he helped us so much in our previous purchase a few years back. Sales person give us good advice on buying our mattress...
We bought a mattress in February and it was delivered last week, by our request . Not much can be said for the delivery people as they hit almost everything on the way up the stairs, and even managed to break a toilet roll holder off the wall in the bathroom, at the top of the stairs. Also our delivery time for last Friday, was changed at least a half a dozen times. In the end, They phoned to say they'd be with us in half an hour, which turned out to be an Hour and a Half. Very unprofessional!
Shopping for our mattress, was a far better experience. Julie Armstrong showed us the different types of mattresses and had good knowledge about their fillings, materials etc. We decided on a medium firm king coil mattress and it's great. It has turned out to be a really good choice for us.
I am giving this review 5 stars, based on our shopping experience and not the delivery.

Phil Brannigan at the Holywood store…
Phil Brannigan at the Holywood store was very attentive and helpful with the purchase of our furniture. He was in no way pushy but very polite and gave good advice. All the store staff that we met were fab but Phil is now our go to smiley salesman!

The store in Holywood is a lovely welcoming shop with friendly efficient staff. Jenni Wylie was extremely helpful when my husband and I were browsing, making suggestions and offering alternatives.
