Amazing ezy clean
Amazing ezy clean - after not having a window cleaner for the past few years we have recently had our first clean by ezy clean and wow the outside of my house is sparkling we are so impressed along with the excellent communication both pre and post clean - I would defiantly recommend this company re the customer service, the products they use and the amazing job undertaken.

Security concern - lack of care
For the third time, the window cleaner propped our garden gate open and left it like that when he had finished. Not only is this a massive issue in terms of security, I spent 40 minutes searching the streets for my dog this morning as I let him out not realising that he could walk straight out onto the street! Needless to say, I have cancelled my contract

Thank you for your review. Most of our customers pay by Direct Debit whereby your account is debited 2 weeks after each clean and you do not have to do anything. If you do not wish to do this you can make payment over the phone by card or via our website.

We have been using ezy clean for the last 7 years, without any issues (only reason for cancelling our monthly direct debt is sale of our house in preparation for move abroad) The service we have received has been fabulous, with Clayton being friendly and reliable. i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Good old fashioned service.
I'm quite fussy and have been reluctant to have window cleaners believing they can't do the job as good as me. However I'm nearly 70 and doing my windows in/outside us getting a little more tiring.
Wow! Great communication. letting me know what time he was coming. quick but super efficient clean.
Would definately recommend.
