Avoid at all costs.

Ordered and received a product in late November - quality was poor and agreed via the support team to return and a replacement would be sent.

Confirmation received that they had my return back and ever since then, despite 13 emails to support teams/customer service/info not a single response.

You can only email them, no phone number and online chat just tells you to email. They are shocking at customer service, they have my money but will not respond for a refund or replacement.

I would not wish this level of terrible customer service for anyone so please avoid at all costs.

Do not trust the advertising on this site. Ordered from them 2 years ago. Sent me a different product to what I ordered (Returned). Tried again this year. Again item was different to what I ordered.They do not reply to communication and are guilty of false advertising. Do not risk your money or time.

I placed an order on the 25th of October from F1authentics.com. Received shipping information very quickly including tracking number, parcel was delivered on scheduled day as promised, had a very straightforward experience and would be happy to use this site again

I ordered a bunch of things in August (2024) - The tracking site says it has been delivered but they have not, emailed the authentics site and they said to get ahold of my delivery service - did that, but still nothing... Just super frustrating as it was my first time ordering and I was super excited to get my merch...

I recently purchased an auction item for a piece of F1 memorabilia with the company on copy Memento who traded online as F1 Authentic Auctions. They are registered under company number 07236294 BG Sports Enterprises Ltd.

The item is bought describing it as being worn and showing the wear on the item along with its specific unique serial numbers. When it arrived it was not the same item and had different serial numbers. It was bought because of its race worn look.

I contacted the company and was told the images used were ‘stock’ images and that this was one in a consignment of the same item. None of which is listed on their site. They lead you to believe what you are getting is unique. They auction using the same image when what you get is totally different.

Then you spend weeks on a hamster wheel trying to get a refund after multiple promises.

Save yourself the headache!!

Order a pen with cat part in it.
Car part fell out and no compensation offered.

High price, poor quality

Bought a poster and an ebike. There was an issue with the poster, no fault of f1 authentics, but they resolved quickly and set out a new one. The bike was flawless, I love it, and was at a great price

I ordered a product from this company on the 3rd March it’s been almost two months and i still don’t have it - I have sent mutiple emails with my order number and left multiple voice messages to have no one return them - despite spending almost £1,200 …. Please get your act together - @Formula1.com should review this contract as the association and bad delivery from Memento will reflect badly on this brand - ill complain to F1.Com separately

I’ve purchased many items from F1 Authentics over the past year, and I can’t ask for better customer service over that time. It’s been a pleasure buying from them and the queries I’ve had, have been dealt with, effortlessly and professionally over that time period. Drew and Olivia need a mention for their brilliant customer service. Thanks and I would recommend them to friends and family

Worst company to deal with, zero effort in customer service.

I purchased their £1k mystery box, this apparently comes with a minimum value of £1,500 - I could buy all the same items from their website at the time of delivery for under £1,000.

Emailed customer service and got a reply along the lines of "Have you included the gift card"

Yes, Yes I had included the £50 in the total.

You have been warned, do not buy their mystery box - It is a scam and they will just laugh in your face.

I ordered a 1:2 Scale 2023 Helmet signed by Nico Hülkenberg and I really love it. The design and materials of the mini helmet are great and perfectly reflect the real helmet. And the signature makes the helmet all the more valuable to me. 😊

The customer service of F1 Authentics is fantastic. Unfortunately the acrylic display case arrived with a crack. A big thank you to Olivia from the customer service who made sure that a replacement case was sent to me as soon as possible. The new case arrived in perfect condition. My emails were answered very quickly, and I really appreciated the friendly, competent and very helpful email contact with Olivia! 👍

Bought a very expensive model but when arrived had clearly been opened/returned before. Company dispute this but in my view this was very clearly the case. Returned item, but company only refunded original price, not initial postage or my return postage. So I am out of pocket even though F1 authentics or their partners were at fault. Would I use again? No.

My experience with this company is brilliant, I have 4 bodywork in acrylic and 1 photo and acrylic. Delivery is fast (to the uk main land) and the products are packed really well so you can rest easy knowing your products will arrive undamaged, (subject to the delivery company) will be buying more in the next few weeks have my eye on 1 or 2 ok 4-5 things 😂

This website is a joke.
Every 5 minutes you receive a pop up for the email newsletter, incredibly anoying. Logging in is absolutly painful if you setup up your account with an id instead of an email. But wait, the payment process is the absolute worst. Visa payments are shown as invalid before they can be athorized, Amex payments just don work and we you want to use paypal, they can start a paypal session.
How unprofessional can a website be? F1: YES!!!!

This webiste is an absolute shitshow, dont buy anything there.

I had won an auction for a suit used by Sergio Perez, three weeks later they told me that they could not send me my suit because they did not have it due to an overbooking problem, they made me wait 3 weeks to send it to me, Last December 13 I was told that I would be reimbursed and to date I have not received anything, I would not buy again.

Pricing is misleading and shipping is super expensive.

You pay ~500GBP for a car part,
than another that (550 GBP just for shipping it, ok it is big but there are way cheaper options to ship it with tracking),
and then you need to pay local tax (VAT) when receiving it (for EU customers).

Misleading as the shipping in many cases is not know until you already buy and pay for a product.

Website is bad and has issues/bugs.

It would appear that i am not alone in my experience - see other reviews from outside the UK!
Ordered a signed shirt, all good and prompt service. However, due to Brexit and the company being in the UK, I received a notification from local Tax Services that in order to receive the shipment i would need to pay half the price of the item again to receive it. I understand that this is not the companies fault. It should be made very clear on the website that Non UK buyers will be subject to these charges. (others have had a similar experience!)
I contacted the company who informed me that this was stated on their site. It is, and it is not very obvious. As a result the item was returned via the shipping company.
I was then informed it would be up to 14 days for the refund to be processed (At this stage they have had my money for over a month!). Only on day 13 and after me chasing have i received notifcation of the refund. Poor show..

This company charges EU customers the equivalent of the GB£ price, including VAT, but you then have to pay import duties. Here is my example.
Right now, the company has a mini Helmet for £199, including VAT. When you order from a Euro country, they automatically convert this to €234.95. You then have to pay VAT and import duties based on €234.95.
F1 Authentics should not be charging non-UK customers VAT, as they don't have to remit it to HMRC.
The correct price they should be charging is £199 minus £33.16 VAT = £165.83, converted to €195.22. Customers would then pay the local VAT and import duties based on the pre-UK VAT price and would also not be paying UK VAT.
I pointed this out to customer service over a year ago, and they still continue with this practice.
I've been in touch with F1's marketing department, and a few of the F1 teams, and they all agree that this is very poor practice that is ripping customers off.

The items are great. I got several items.

The communication is poor. Several times asked about when some items will be shipped but no reaction.

There are no responses to emails or messages via the website.

I can't rate this company highly enough!! The merchandise they sell is amazing and I have purchased several items now. Yeah, OK, some of it is a little pricey but theres plenty of stuff at different price ranges, so theres always something for everyone. Their delivery is great. Everything comes by a decent and trustworthy courier company, the items are always well packaged and sent out quickly. But its their customer service that stands out for me. It is without a doubt, at an outstanding level. If you need to contact them, they are friendly and professional. They reply to messages the same day (often the same hour!!) and they genuinely seem to care about their customers. If you have any issues or problems, they seem to have this determination about having to solve it for you. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for more unusual or more special, F1 merchandise.
