Exceptionally good service from Charlie…

Exceptionally good service from Charlie and the team- They dealt with my car quickly and professionally and got me back on the road. Knowledgeable mechanics and excellent customer service from the front desk crew- highly recommended!!

Upselling females now

I have used the Aylesbury branch for our 18 plate Corsa for the last three years, never again. Paid the £234 for mot and full service, turns out full service is 3 things and 40 checks. Then got a bill for an extra £419. I won't bore you with the whole bill but who decides to change the spark plugs because of the age of the car? I think today was a classic example of selling to a female. When I went down the guy just said "I don't make the prices up". Shocking upselling, now no better than Kwikshit. Sorry but you have lost another customer.

Absolutely discussing customer service

Absolutely discussing customer service, and no respect for the cars. I put my car in for routine MOT and service, last month. My car came back with the driving seat covered in oil, and oil marks all over the bonnet. My seats is Alcantara and it's very difficult to get oil out. Complained to manager. He said for us to get a quote to clean it. Did that but no guarantee it will come out. Also emailed his regional manager, so we did that too. Phone them,as no reply. But found out Aylesbury manger gave us an email that doesn't exist. Now they are saying they have no record of the complaint. Now being fob off by the company. Need to get trading standards involved and my solicitor. Do not use them as they are dishonest. If they treat their customers like that who to say that they have done the work that I paid for on my car!

Rip off, rude and poor service

poor service
I left car for MOT on 9am and bought one tyre to change at 9:30 also through their site, I was around waiting for car being done, at 10am they called me that rear spring is broken so test is negative and if I agree they fix it straight away for whopping £530 both wheels as its recommended, but I refused, and returned to garage at 11:30 convinced that the tire is done.
No way, because I refused the fix they put me at the end of queue and told me to come back at midday,{the same garage and mechanic couldn't squeeze me in queue for 15 min] also promised they ring me, they Didn't, so I went there at 1pm and car was ready without notifying me it is done.
Rude and disgraceful men sitting and ripping of people from every penny.
btw I fixed my car for £140 springs and £80 labour so half the price at my friendly garage

High praise to Aylesbury Formula One

I could not be more complimentary about Ross at Aylesbury Formula One. All the mechanics are great (I always have my MOTs done there) but Ross really helped me out one day when I needed a lot of help & very quickly. No fuss. No stress. He was so kind. So cool. So on it. All there are very professional but big shout out to Ross. Thank you.

First impressions very good,

First impressions very good,, helpful and efficient and they ordered the part immediately. Went back as agreed, no part arrived, not their fault but they should have called me to save the journey. Did'nt get a call to confirm it arrived so I called them. Arranged 8.30am first thing the following morning as I work, they could'nt finish it until 11am ! Anyway, after a discussion they kindly found time and I got the car back at 9.05 which was fine. Helpful staff but could do better on the the communication front, otherwise I would have marked highest

Costumer service needs improving

Costumer service needs improving, went to have 2 new tires on my van and to do a alignment on the front, all went well until I got home and had a proper look at what they did, so I got plastic cover on the metal rims,one of them was cracked and not fitted properly in the other one barely hanging and to top it up I don't know what they had on they're hands but some black oily stuff was on the van front wings. I called up I said what they did and aparantly they cannot sent me a email where to sent pictures with the the damage.im hoping that the tyres and alignment that they did they done it properly.im hoping to be OK instead of being relaxed. Don't trust them

Excellent customer service

Another excellent experience at this branch. My ancient Volvo's exhaust strap got damaged by all the potholes shaking it to death. Had no booking but they sourced a new strap and fixed it all in an hour. This was at a busy time but they were getting though the jobs efficiently and effectively. Will use this branch again for sure.

FORD KA REPAIRS

Took our Ford KA to F1 Autocentre Aylesbury for what we thought was an exhaust fault, it turned out that the exhaust was in good condition but the car was also mis-firing. The guys at F1 Autocentre Aylesbury were brilliant, extremely helpful and sorted the problem. Will not hesitate in using them again whether it be for a service or tyres and should we need it in the future a new exhaust.

I came in with a problem and no…

I came in with a problem and no booking. I usually book ahead and get servicing and MOTs or repairs at F1 Aylesbury. The morning of the 10th March 2025 they managed to fit me in immediately despite the phone ringing non stop and Steven on the counter dealing with things non stop calmly and professionally. He got me a price in-between everything else and despite being short staffed sorted the broken suspension spring that morning. I was very pleased with the result and service.

took my car to formula One for a…

took my car to formula One for a service was told I needed multiple things done to my vehicle but took it to another garage and was told everything is okay the regional manager agreed with the staff trying to charge me over £1000 worth of work and the started to swear at me with very foul language would 1000%never go here avoid at much as possible felt very unsafe avoid avoid avoid

Lazy staff even when senior managers are about..

Lazy staff, thought it was funny that tester was running 30 mins behind, waited 2hr 30 mins for a mot…. Not tester more worried about opening and shutting his workshop shutter than being practical and time efficient.

First and last time il be using these guys. There customer retention must be shocking!

6th feb update, I had a call from there operations manager today, who was at the centre while I was having my Mot done. He asked me to give them another try to which I politely declined. Crazy how lazy these staff are when their operations manager was there let alone when they are not. He asked me to update my review so here I have…….

Aylesbury garage scratched my car during MOT test

Took my car to the Aylesbury garage for an MOT. It came back with a scratch to a rear wheel arch and hub cap. Could only have happened whilst at that garage. Staff are covering up and not taking responsibility. Most likely to have happened when they took it for a test drive, which they are choosing to ignore. Very poor

Formula o e Aylesbury

Had my car booked in for Air conditioning top up as it's blowing warm air.
Paid £59.00 and it's still blowing cold air,as they don't test it and just top it up ,which I think is not right and on top of that they lost the dust cover for one of the top up valves and told me to source one myself.

Did not get an invoice,I paid via card.

They should be replacing the part they lost,not me.

So overall my experience wasn't great and I've just wasted my hard earned money.

DO NOT USE!
Asked them to check my tyres. They didn’t find anything wrong. One week later took it to different garage for mot and car FAILED with a dangerous to drive cord exposed!
