Absolutely great experience with Formula One Autocentres. Finding great customer service from a car garage nowadays is a rarity. I had two front tyres fitted to my Honda, and had previously forgotten my locking wheel nut. Members of the team went out of their way to come out and help me search my whole car to try and find it, and then tried every locking wheel nut they had available, unfortunately to no success.

They then re-booked me in at short notice the following week for my tyre changes once I found the wheel nut, and also fitted my indicator bulb whilst doing the tyres at very last minute notice as well. Everyone is super polite and goes out of their way to help. Their prices are also super competitive on a quote I received for Front and back pads and discs. I would recommend the Camberley branch 100% and will be using them for all my future car repairs and work.

Always used Camberely autocentres but I went for an MOT and they failed it on the basis the anti-roll bars did not prevent dirt getting into the rubber covers. Had my retest, which passed with flying colours as per below.

It's a real shame because I really liked this place and only had good things to say. I'm sure as many of you reading this will understand, it's all about trust because we all know the stories of how garages are. Is what it is, but I really won't be coming back at all because this one incident broke all trust I had for this, once revered and genuinely liked, vehicle plant.

They stacked the deal (including suspension geometry - which is not needed whatsoever) and tried to snag £179. I then bought the two anti-roll bars for £33 (in the reception) at EuroParts and fitted them myself with my father, who's a mechanic and former after sales manager at various manufacturer plants, including Honda HQ. Upon removing the old bars - we noticed, and in his experience, that they were an advisory at best.

Essentially, they had decided this was a good way to get extra money for something that shouldn't have been failed in the first instance. So not only did they falsely fail a perfectly working vehicle, they also tried to put me under pressure to pay extra on the day (as my MOT had expired by then), and finally, they systemically decided it was in their best interests to get extra out of someone they probably thought didn't have the requisite knowledge to make an informed decision on whether or not it was actually worth paying for the work.

After my car had passed its re-test, they didn't ask to book in for next year, already knowing full-well I wasn't going back to them, knowing full-well the score and likely outcome of any repeat business.

Advice for the Camberley branch: make sure you understand your customers before deciding, whether it's a slam dunk case, that you can indeed corner them on a poor purchasing decision.

Big shame as I really liked the place but I can't trust them anymore.

I only have positive things to say about these guys! Sean was very professional in dealing with me over the phone, booking me in for a diagnostic just 2 days after I called them! I was also very satisfied with the way he answered all my questions and he was very kind in person. Rob (the engineer) phoned me soon after to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car and he explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. Would definitely go there again!

Had four tyres fitted. Excellent and helpful staff all round. Could not fault anything and now considering them for a cr service when it I ue later in the year.

Excellent customer service. I cannot fault the team. From the time I called to the return of my car, I was kept up to date of work required and the price.
The telephone manner of Sean on reception really sold this place to me. He was positive, engaging and really helpful. No question was a silly question. The work was completed before the expected time, (exhaust replacement) Would highly recommend and definitely use them again. Thank you so much!

Sean & Rob were fantastic at fitting me in at short notice, very proffesional, polite & efficient. A brilliant team at Camberley, I observed a very hard working young lady moving loads of tyres & special thanks to the 'bearded one', (sorry don't know your name), for passing my cars MOT, will definitely use again!

Recently took my car into the Camberley branch. They were so helpful thoroughly checked out the problem I was worried about. I took my car back for a service too. Finally found somewhere I trust!

Once again I have no issues etc with the service provided by my local Formula One. Booked two MOTs for times and dates to suit. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

MoT and service. Dropped off on Friday morning, chap rang to say a part was needed and could they have it back on Saturday. Which was fine. Dropped off at 0930 and collected at 1200. 16 year old Honda ready for another year!

Dropped in for some advice about a tyre valve and within 5 minutes my car had been taken in and valve and air pressure fixed! Sean was amazingly friendly and helpful. Would 100% recommend and will definitely go back in the future. Such nice guys and they make you feel very well looked after.

Went today to get some tyres done. Sean and the team were great, really friendly and provide a good service. Would recommend to anyone to go there and will be going back in the future!

Have used Formula One Autocentres London Road Camberley since they first opened there. Great bunch of guys, always go the 'extra mile' (no pun intended). Dropped off my car for service and mot. Then discovered the car picking me up had developed a tyre pressure fault en route. Despite being fully booked one of the mechanics pumped up the tyre immediately. On returning the following day to collect my car, the gauge on the pick up vehicle was again showing low pressure.
We left the vehicle to wait for a slot the following day, but somehow, someone managed to inspect, diagnose and replace a faulty tyre valve within a couple of hours.
this despite every bay being in use. Well done, many thanks. Thoroughly recommend.

Love this place. 2 new tyres and adjustments done. Nothing is too much trouble. Thanks to Sean for finding me the right tyres and to Carmel for fitting and doing the toe adjustments.

Spacesaver tyre fitted by Ravenscroft Motors, as my tyre developed a puncture. Sean and his team went above and beyond to sort out my punctured tyre. Spacesaver put back in boot and left neat and tidy, together with tool kit.

I was pleasantly surprised when I took my car in to get a slow puncher looked at and after 45 mins my car was returned all fixed and without charge.
It was a stone between the rim and tyre so the team refitted the tyre and its now perfect.
Other garages would have tried to sell me a new tyre or charge for the repair.
So impressed that even in this day and age there are places out there that still provide an honest service.
Many thanks to Sean and the team. Will 100% use you when I do need a tyre on my cars.

Fantastic service from Sean at the Camberley branch. Had a nail in my tyre & from my initial phone call it was less than 50 mins till I was driving away all fixed.

Left my daughter's car in for a service at the Camberley branch and Sean, the assistant Manager, was really helpful and gave great customer service.

This was the first time I used Formula One Auto and I was very impressed with their service and helpful staff.
Their prices are far more competitive than any other service of this nature I may have used in the past. I would certainly be using Formula One Auto's again and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone in the future.
