A team that goes above and beyond. I had a car accident, and my car was unrivalled undriveable - I needed it for days later to get to my mother's funeral. The team took it in and assessed on a Saturday morning, and made it their absolute priority to get parts and get it roadworthy in two days. Cannot fault them. They also did their best to keep costs down

I needed 2 new tyres so shopped about to find the best deal, my local Formula One Garage in Felixstowe came up with the best price and quality I required. The staff were friendly and professional my tyres were fitted quickly at the appointment time.. 👍

We had an issue with tyres not being delivered by a third party and Paul dealt with this professionally with me.( which was not Formula One’s fault) He has been honest, flexible and courteous, and was flexible in finding an alternative fitting slot the next day. The customer space is also clean and inviting so I recommend this business.

Travelled across county to Felixstowe for a day trip. At 5pm we realised we had a flat tyre. Found these guys online, it was the only garage still open after 5pm on a Friday afternoon. Due to the location of the puncture they were unable to repair the tyre, but Peter and Ewan were great. I have funny sized tyres on my car but by some miracle they had one in stock at a reasonable price. They had no issues with changing the tyre so late in the day, they even provided other services such as washer fluid refill. Very highly recommended!

Josh helped us with the leaking coolant. Super nice and helpful, highly recommend.

What brilliant service. I had a warning come up for low tyre pressures. Ashamed to say I’ve never pumped a tyre up - was always my husband’s job. Called in today and all four tyres checked and sorted. Not only that, but checked my screen wash and filled that up too! On top of all that, he absolutely refused any payment whatsoever. Many thanks.

On the number of occasios I and my partner have used Formula One Autocentre in Felixstowe, we have always received excellent service. The staff are always curteous and obliging. I have no hesitation in reccomending the autocentre

We popped in for an assessment on a potential tyre puncture. Our vehicle was checked within 20 minutes and no puncture was found. Tyre pressures on all wheels were adjusted and valves checked. The team were very polite and friendly and no charge was made for checking the pressures. Fabulous service - thank you

How kind and straight forward Luke and the team at this garage were when I turned up as an out of towner panicking at needing 3 tyres changed. They checked, offered different tyre solutions, stated a time but managed to get me in early. I was in the position of observing interaction with other customers and the same courteous consideration was offered. Well done!

Brought my van in as to a leaking tyre air valve.
They sorted it quickly and got me out of a bit of a fix with no troubles at all.....on a Sunday.
