Guildford branch have got it right…
Guildford branch have got it right again ✅ My wife took her car in with a noise from front nearside brake , it's used daily for a 100 mile round trip through villages and country roads to work so it's important to be reliable , on inspection by the guys a brake disc was damaged and was potentially dangerous , at best a breakdown was imminent . They pulled out all the stops to repair quickly and efficiently even after the first part arrived with only one disc in box . I can not sing their praises enough , they have sorted air con , mot's and other issues on our vehicles and we will continue to use in the future . Give them a chance and I hope you get the same experience we do . Thank you Guildford .

Top service at Formula 1 in Guildford
Limped into Formula 1 in Guildford on Saturday via another local tyre outlet who were unable to assist with a badly deflating rear tyre. Being 60 plus miles from home and on route to Croydon we were really hoping for a quick tyre replacement. Lucky for us that Pete and Dave were able to sort us out. Tyre replaced in less than 30 mins and also some needed balancing which was done on the spot. Top guys and pricing was decent too. Had already been to 2 other well known brands who had (first one) told us the tyre was fine! (second one) Advised unable to accommodate for about 3 hours or so, although most of the fitters seemed to be having a smoking break when we arrived. Their best help was to recommend Formula 1! Glad they did and really appreciate the service I got from the lads in Guildford. Thanks for all your help.

The staff was spectacular they went above and beyond with the customer service they were helpful. They taught me things about my vehicle I didn't know The team done a great job in showing me what was wrong with my vehicle and helped me understand it better I thank them for helping me understand my car.
