Car left in a dangerous condition to…
Car left in a dangerous condition to drive...went for servicing and upon leaving the centre with "the serviced car", the front left wheel cover fell and flew tru the road...Couple of hours later noticed back left tyre was flat. And they issued a tyre safety report! Whatever they done to the car, we have to pay someone else now to fix it!

Wow what a joke the Northampton…
Wow what a joke the Northampton branch's are grafton street had our car for over a week costing us over £550 to find out that part they supposed to have changed didn't even need changing it was the head gasket that had gone. We found this out because we took it to another garage.
After finding that out we had to get a new car to us, so we took it to the sixfields one for a service giving them the benefit of the doubt but boy were we wrong. 4 hours later and they apparently found over £1000 worth of damage. Pritty niffed off we looked at the repairs that apparently needed doing and they were all off old MOT fails so being suspicious we take it to another garage to find out that out of the 15 things that needed doing according to formula one there was only the brakes and the coil that needed doing which is a complete joke theses guys are an absolute joke MY BEST ADVISE STAY THE HELL AWAY

When I get my late receipt I’ll edit the review…because it’s not a 1 star…but I am peeved off not having a receipt like was said would be furnished??? Not come.
Things like can lose customers.
Waiting still 1 week.
All you have to do is send me my receipt please for my tyres I had fitted which you have not done…that’s all, it’s not hard, by post or email because the guy did not do it.
Whether he forgot or what which he shouldn’t…or if it’s the Managers job???? More than likely, I HAVE NOT HAD ONE…so please just send.
Good guy, happy with fitter, very helpful…
And as I said, things like this I and customers in general could just..,SAY, NOT USING THEM AGAIN, so you need to sort your system out.
