As per usual the staff were welcoming and friendly.
Explained and costed additional work required, before starting it.
Have been using formula 1 for some years now and see no reason to change.

First time at Auto center very impressed by how helpful the staff was from the moment I arrived. Also Tony was great on keeping me updated on progress with my car.

Booked a time slot 3 days ago, turn up 20 mins early and guy comes out and says I’m sorry we are snowed under maybe able to fit you in tomorrow, I asked them what is the point of having a website and having to book a time slot, funny they didn’t have an answer, asked for my money back and all they said is your have to ring this number but they won’t answer until Monday morning, there ok taking your money funny it’s so hard getting it back isn’t it, never used this company before if they was good was going to use them constant no way now stay away

I called to see if there was any availability to get my air-con sorted today. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Saw me straight away and did the efficiently and with good customer service.

The experience was great with no customer service BS, right on the way I like it. Plain and simple about what the issues honestly are.

Alan is massively helpful and fixed an issue with our hybrid within minutes of me walking in the door.
Will return for all future work

Absolutely brilliant service... I have been struggling for years to find a good service provider. These guys are professional yet make you feel welcome and comfortable. I have an R32 and main dealers quoted me over 500 pounds just for break pads, yet these guys did that a service and change my coolant and brake oil and I still had change from 500. Yes I would recommend them

Very helpful staff looked at re-gassing the air conditioning of my motorhome only to find holes in the pipework. The bonus was there was no charge!

Now need to find a pipe.

Took my VW Golf GTi to the Orpington branch to have 4 new tyres fitted. I’m fussy about my wheels and wanted them to be kept in pristine condition. I received a warm welcome and the fitter was most understanding about my wheels. Formula One Autocentres apparently use plastic equipment to remove and fit new tyres which avoids any scratching of the alloys. He did a perfect job and my alloys still looked pristine after the job was completed. I was able to wait in the comfortable waiting room and I’m very pleased with the whole experience. Well done to your fitter for his courtesy and attention to detail in providing an excellent service.

My son had a tyre blow out on the motorway. The tyre was not repairable. He needs his car to get to work so a replacement was urgent. I had recently had three new tyres fitted at Formula One Orpington, so contacted them for assistance and spoke to Alan yesterday morning. Alan was extremely helpful and proactive in identifying and sourcing the most suitable tyre at the best price, and fitted the tyre yesterday afternoon. Great job. I will come back.

Alan, Andy and Tony were so very helpful and so very patient with, what turned out to be, an increasing amount of unexpected work on my old Zafira. I would thoroughly recommend Formula One for your repairs and servicing.

I drove from Argyll to Orpington to install & commission a renewable tech system. On the way I suffered a blow out on rear. ( not a tyre supplied by this company!). I was only in Orpington for 48 hours so upon arrival I contacted the guys in Orpington branch. They were quick, efficient and could not do enough for me. I thought I’d need a pair for safety but they were honest enough to tell me that as my existing were only 6 months old just one new tyre would do it.

Very impressed and grateful. I really didn’t want to drive 500 miles without a spare! Thank you.

Always feel safe taking my car to the Orpington branch. I've found they are genuine, knowledgeable, very reasonable with their prices and do an excellent job. I had a new tyre fitted on my car, and a free winter check, after booking a slot online. The car was moved into the workshop straightaway, and the tyre was fitted quickly. At my request, the fitter also moved the tyres on my car so that I had the two newest tyres at the rear. The manager is efficient and friendly, the winter check was done and the screenwash topped up. I think the Orpington team are excellent, I will definitely go there again in future.
