sensitive car
I took my sensitive mini to the formal one garage in Polegate a while ago as on my dashboard it kept showing up to have a service. These guys are so honest they checked the car over & said it doesn’t show any signs/need a service but I did need my wheel balance which cost me a lot less than having a service I originally expected
In the past at other garages they would of done the service regardless plus I hate to say it other garages would of taken advantage for being a female
Because of their honesty I went back to these guys as this time I needed a MOT which I dread as my car is sensitive & often I get alerts come up on my dashboard,but she passed with flying colours. I did point out that I could hear a knocking which they also resolved
Due to my car being so sensitive I have just popped into garage on a number of occasions, for silly things that have come up on my dashboard & every time one of the guys check it over & reassure me all is good & no charge but always say if I have any problems they are always happy to help.
Steve & the guys are amazing & so trust worthy it’s just so refreshing to go to a garage & you are not going to be ripped off

Took my car for an Mot after…
Took my car for an Mot after conveniently booking a slot and paying for it on line. In order to pass the car needed some attention. I was given a price and a new date. The work was carried out at a time mutually available and the price remained the same. The car is now road worthy for another year.

Great customer service and advice
My Son had used Formula one a few months ago, cheapest tyres by far on line so easy to use the website.
I arrived and booked my car in only to find that the wheel locking nut key was not the correct one.
So I was offered another appt for when I could get another ordered. Also advised by technician that my back tyres needed doing they are cracking which I knew from my mot, I will be back next month for those.
