Formula One Autocentres - Spalding Reviews 

We broke down with an irreparable flat and no replacement on board, just 4 anxious kids, on the A16 near Spalding.
100s of cars passed us at a snails pace and not one wound their window down to ask if we needed help while we were desperately trying to pump enough air into the tyre and have it hold long enough for us to at least get off the main road.

After a couple of unsuccessful attempts at contacting a couple of garages, we finally got through to a true gentleman. I explained.. he said get here and we’ll pull somebody from another job to get you back on the road. After driving over a mile at a snails pace, we reached this incredible company and the chap on the phone took care of all business. Made us feel at home, showed us to the waiting room and freshening area, and got his team to work on the car. After 15 minutes and taking only a very modest fee, he sent us on our way home. A credit to himself, his family, and your company. I wish I’d taken his name, initials from Invoice are RH but you’ll know who he is.

Thank you so much for saving our day. What started as a complete disaster ended up being one of the highlights and talking points of our entire holiday!

It was my first time at Formula One Autocentres -Spalding branch, I saw their prices were great so I wanted to give them a try for MOT. The guys at Formula One Autocentres - Spalding branch were friendly, I was the first appointment of the day, I was well informed how long the MOT will take, I was given the option to wait or come back. I opted to wait, I was shown to the waiting area it was clean and I could see my car through the windows. The MOT was completed in no time at all which is great for Saturday to be able to do other things. I definitely recommend them.

First time customer. Booked car in for MOT and wheel alignment check. Friendly staff, clean and tidy facilities with a warm and comfortable waiting room/MOT viewing area. Kept to the stated schedule. Completed MOT then checked alignment, advised me of the outcome and cost to rectify. Car feels so much better on the road now. Very happy with the service I received.

Booked ahead and paid for tyres ( full set ) online for a new branch in Pinchbeck Spalding. Arrived as per booking instructions was shown to a very warm inviting seating area with viewing windows and was able to see the work done. Needed additional work that was explained fully and again competitively priced. Will definitely recommend. Just need a coffee machine 🙂

My car was MOT'd by the Spalding Branch earlier in 2022. As part of the MOT the break disks were replaced on the front of my car. Over the next few weeks, the car was fine but began to develop a vibration under breaking... Very annoying. I made contact with F1 expecting to have to sell my soul in order to get the problem sorted but I need not of worried. 1 very amicable phone call later the car was back in for a check, problem identified, and a solution agreed.

Whilst it was a little inconvenient to be back and forth to the garage a couple of times, I have to say that the team at Spalding (particularly Dave and Ben) were absolutely fantastic. On reflection I believe that, If you own cars for long enough even some brand-new parts fail after fitting. Happily F1 couldn't have made rectification any easier for me. Excellent customer service and hopefully many more trouble-free miles of motoring ahead.

The team here bent over backwards to source parts for my car, and fixed it so it runs like a dream. They were also really accommodating with drop off and pickup times when I was on holiday. Can’t thank them enough.

On the way to a family funeral my tyre pressure lights flashed during a rain storm… I pulled into Spalding branch with my daughter and a lovely young man came and helped us straight away and checked all the tyre pressures and reassured us. Excellent customer service if I lived local I’d definitely use this establishment … well done

Took my 50 year old MGB to the Spalding branch for 4 new tyres. The wheels are difficult to remove and replace. The work was carried out with patience and care. Excellent, friendly and professional service.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the Spalding team. My car was booked in through BlackCircles so I wasn’t sure on what to expect for my first visit. My car was in for Front Wheel alignment and 2 new front tyres. But I also had a slow puncture that I requested to be looked at and they were able to repair it for me. Very friendly and welcoming. For me, I’ve always felt intimidated when walking into a garage but the staff made me feel comfortable. I was advised on further adjustments to my vehicle and the staff went through this with me so I could understand. I will definitely be visiting again! Although I hope not too soon haha. Thank you everyone!

Rip off, sent wife to get two new tyres ordered online they checked her tracking without her asking and the charged her £72. Completely overselling on something she never asked for and total overpriced.
