A complex mortgage requires a diligent and proactive team effort which is coordinated by an experienced “turn key” provider. In our case it was F4B, they identified the most appropriate lender and guided me through a 14 month journey and supported not only me but my solicitor and existing lender to successfully satisfy each and every hurdle we came across. It was clear very early on that F4B was concerned, considerate and sincere and they did back this up with 14 months of daily effort. F4B were the only reason we were not repossessed and that the new lender had patience with us as we navigated through the complex structure!
