A+++ for customer service …

I ordered a photo clock and initially when it arrived in the mail the clock mechanism was broken. i contacted customer service and within 2 hours had received a response, they were very helpful and apologetic and a few days later i received a replacement part. Couldn’t be happier with the product and the customer service.

Amazing!

The book itself and the photos printed were at such a high standard. I used my iPhone 11 to upload all my photos and they were so clear and the colour was so vibrant just as they appeared on my phone.
I was extremely impressed. I will be back to do my next holiday photo book for sure!

The canvas is not like advertised

The canvas is not like advertised. It is not black and white. Rather green tinted and no fine lines.
Please advise how to return asap.
I have purchased many items of Fabness and this is the only one which disappoints

Great service at record speed

The communication was very clear and quick responses. They organised for an order to be cancelled (despite their policy) and then produced my new order in record time. The item looks great and I am very happy with it.
