Worst of the worst online shopping experience, no data available anywhere about your order or any tracking available. No answer from costumer service emails or any kind of interaction with costumer. When ordered said it will be delivered in 10 days with a tracking number been sent to me, nothing until a month later. BIG TIME SCAMMERS!!! Avoid them at all costs, they will take the money of your order and not fulfill it. BE AWARE!!! Hope this will help people not buying rom them.

Worst on line shopping experience. The website and description of their clothing is flawed. If you need to return an item, they will ignore you. If you open a PayPal case, they wait until the day before case closes and then answers. By this time, their return period of 2 weeks has expired. I paid 15.00 shipping and item took 3 weeks to arrive. It looks like your ordering from the UK but it’s China. The owner behind this company is pure evil and will do everything possible to aggravate the customer and eventually PayPal.

Ordered set of ladies boots and received a set of high heels! What a joke of a company, high heels are cheap and tacky looking all glued together and look nouthing like what I ordered!!

i wish i would’ve seen these reviews before i made my purchase. this company really needs to be reported! i made a purchase maybe two weeks ago and chose express shipping. i emailed customer service twice and even tried contacting paypal, but i still haven’t received a refund or response. any other time i wouldn’t care or would just “take an L” but this order was for my birthday (which is next week” and i’ve come to the conclusion that it’s pretty much ruined! do not give these people your money because you’re never going to find your order and if you get it then it’s way after you needed it. ridiculous!!!

I ordered a super cute bikini from Fabshopper. I waited 6 WEEKS for it! They even state that orders can take up to 5 weeks to be delivered. At 6 weeks it said "delivered". I didnt have it. I tried to contact them, they did not respond. I finally got it a few days later. The style is right, and looks great. But the print is NOT what I ordered! Im just biting the bullet on this one. Customer Care is ridiculous, and they just send whatever they got...LATE. 2 stars is only because the bathing suit I didnt order looks good

I took time for shopping on fabshopper to choose exactly what I needed and I was really glad to receive all my orders with good size, good color and good the shipping time was a bit long but get what I ordered was just great .
The customer service was very kind and attentive.

Ordered a white jumpsuit to go to a ALL WHITE PARTY waited over a month to receive it after contacting company several times. When I do receive it item is black with gold studs and clearly absolutely nothing as to what I ordered and paid for. I feel as though if you didn't have my item you should have reimbursed me my money instead of sending something you wanted to send me, totally unacceptable and will get PayPal involved to get my money back. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE GONE

I am waiting for a returns address for an unwanted item from Fab shopper. I've emailed 3 times and rang 3 times and left a message ad no one answers the phone and no one has replied to my emails. Shocking customer service. Now getting Paypal involved. Disappointed customer

I have always loved the store, the contents and the stock, the fabshopper besides having beautiful pieces, they are cheap and good products of quality.

If I could give no stars I could. I bought a skirt over a month ago that still has not arrived. I desperately needed this for a costume for Halloween and emailed them the day after I put in my order. I was given an estimate of 28 days and because of the time I was not going to need it by then. I emailed customer service and asked to cancel my shipment and request a refund. They denied it because they had already "sent". I've never known a online order to ship the day after the payment was taken out. A week later after many emails I sent were not responded to, I was giving a tracking number to track my order and of course it wasn't in the system. When I emailed a screenshotted version of my tracking number not working and yet again no one responded. This website is a big scam. I wouldn't be surprised at all if my order never showed up.

I hope everyone on this site will see this message about the truth of Fabshopper. They are bs and steal people's hard earned money. I ordered over a month ago and still have not received my order. Not to mention the shipping just stopped when I checked up on it! They didn't even try to help or give me back my money!!!! I am very upset and angry with them I gave them every opportunity to talk to me about this situation and they completely ignored all my messages!!! I hope everyone will see this and never order from them they are selfish, rude, money stealers.
