Fabshopper has a bunch of variety of clothing to choose from. They all look pretty great. if you're looking for something simple/in style and pretty specific, then I'm sure you'll find something. I'm just a bit iffy with the shipping/dispatch cause it's not very specific and you have to wait to get an email about tracking. plus there are, I believe no reviews, for any of the products. basically you can't exactly tell if the color of shirt or whatever is slightly off or if there's a sewing mistake till it's actually there in front of you. Even though I don't know what type of insurance I pay it's a risk I'll take for some of the prices.

Good Experience So Far

I have ordered a variety of items from Fabshopper - from dresses, tops, and shoes. I can say that I am pretty pleased with the items that I have gotten so far. The quality are not the best, but they are great value for the price so there is nothing for me to complain about!

Very good prices and good quality cloths

I purchased a pair of jean overall shorts back in July and recieved the order in about 3 weeks, which is to be expected since I live in Canada. The problem is they sent me a completely different pair than what I had ordered online. I emailed their "customer care" team indicating the issue, along with pictures of what they had sent me to prove that they had sent the wrong item. After 5 days I got a response asking to re-send the pics directly into the email and not as attachments as they were unable to open them. I did so immediately, and have not had a reply back since (over 2 weeks ago), after multiple emails to request a refund, or to be sent what I had actually ordered. I think this is regular practice with Fabshopper, as they expect you to give up communicating with them to avoid all the hassle- so they can just keep your money! I would leave no stars if possible. Stay away.

After waiting over 6 weeks for a dress, I received the wrong color and no response to my emails about a return or exchange. And when they did they stated they only to returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. How is that even possible when it took you 6 weeks to just ship it to me?! Bad web store, bad products, bad customer service. Don't waste your money here.

I ordered items December of 2016. As of 31 August 2017, I still have not received my items. The company does not respond to emails. Please do not waste your money on these scam artists.

I have a Stoma and this outfit look ideal and is cheaper than the outfits I've been looking at.

Well ordering was quite easy. I now have to wait and see what the delivery and the quality of the product is like.

Cheap prices probably because they do not invest in customer care. I ordered a small pair of overalls but right after I made my payment, i submitted a customer care ticket on their site ( which they do not check in a timely manner), AND an email (had to do a google search to find the email address! Ridiculous!) to correct the small and change it to medium. They respond finally after fives days to my email saying they shipped the small. I ask if i can return it for a full refund including compensation for return shipping. They just flat out say no. I ask to speak to their manager amd also asked why the small was still sent after i notified them twice about the size change, and they just dismissed it all without a direct explanation, so now I have a small pair of overalls that isnt worth shipping back. Do not shop here if you want an easy return process. It is not easy. And it is very difficult to get a hold of them or have them read their customer service tickets on time. Very poor communication and resolution. Unprofessional service.

I have been ordering from Fabshopper for months

I have been ordering from fabshopper for about 5 or 6 months already. And yes, I am their constant customer, from the very first order when I had to change the items 5 or 6 times. I was writing them with requests to change the order probably 4 or 5 times a day. The watches - now I am ordering them as presents, I can find something that we don't have here, and for VERY cheap prices. Clothes I have ordered only twice, as was not sure about the sizes - I really had to calculate, but appears that I had to di it for each item. the textile is good, the cut is also very nice. I pay express shipping as till now orders were urgent. My first free shipping items came yesterday, they took about 3 weeks to come but came in perfect condition. I would gladly recommend this website for all who needs to find a good and original present or likes online shopping.

Prompt delivery excellent service
Needed a jacket I saw on one of my girls and Fabshopper just happen to have it. Ordered without a second thought and the delivery was prompt and in excellent condition.

Would have preferred to give this company no stars! Absolutely terrible product and service. Despite sending photos of the state of the item which was actually sewn down one sleeve so it was impossible to put your arm through it. They wouldnt offer a full refund and suggested a part refund while I could keep the goods!! Since demanding a full refund they have refused to acknowledge my emails. Avoid completely!!

Fabshopper is awesome!

I love fabshopper!! I bought the dress for my daughter wedding from fabshopper. It was beautiful, made well, i used the sizing chart and it fit perfect!!

ABSOLUTE CROOKS. Ordered a dress which was NOTHING like the picture, half the length, the most disgusting fabric, and what they sent was the wrong colour anyway. No sympathy ( and no refund ) The picture and price looked too good to be true and it was. It was like one of the "you won't believe what they sent " articles from the Daily Mail. AVOID
