I would definitely recommend FAB Systems as a great company to use for doors and windows. Today I had a new back door fitted in the kitchen and I would like to say thank you to Mick who did a brilliant job. It looks great, the work he has done is so neat and the room is noticeably warmer and quieter too! I will use FAB again for my future home improvement plans 😊

You don't get to be round for as long as FAB if you don't offer something special, and FAB do.

We have used FAB for a number of home improvements over the years, and they have always been execeptional in many ways, not least on quality, friendliness and price.

All projects have been completed to high standards, with brilliant tradesmen and sales people (Fred), all with lower prices than any others that we sought, which is a huge bonus.

In writing this review, I can't recommend FAB highly enough, they're a really genuine and friendly company, who will do their level best to provide products that fit within your budget.

Bought windows ,facia and guttering full house at a great price couple of years ago with guarantees.. fast forward small issue rang Monday out Wednesday and fixed no drama great service highly recommended

Intermittent problems with conservatory glazing installed. Despite 10 year guarantee and multiple call outs leaks still persist.

'Repaired' by 'F.A.B' with seemingly quick fixes. One tech suggested that parts could no longer be sourced so I suspect they are avoiding a proper repair if that's true.

Now being fobbed off with long waits for call out and claims that it's condensation which it categorically isn't as it only occurs when raining.

Personally will avoid in future.

Just had our windows completed by F.A.B Systems Ltd. I shopped around, did my research and received like for like quotes on the window we wanted (including style, brand and model) from 5 recommended companies.

The price, start to finish customer service, time keeping, fitting date and the fitters were exceptional.

If you're considering new windows/orangeries, this is your company.

We had all of our windows and doors replaced by FAB, with work starting in April 2022 and finally being completed in November 2022.
We unfortunately had an awful experience. The initial work took 2 weeks to complete, however there were snags that weren't sorted e.g. the outsides not being sealed. We then failed the FENSA inspection because the fitter hadn't adequately supported the wall between the top and bottom bays (amongst other issues), which was causing the frames on the lower bay windows to warp.
After having to chase FAB multiple times over several months by email and phone, they finally came out to put supports between the bays in November. The next time it rained after they did this remedial work, we found that there was damage to the bay roof and our brand new fascias and soffits, causing a leak into our newly plastered bedroom. When we complained to FAB, they refused to apologise for a) the fact the work wasn't done properly in the first place b) the fact it took such a long time and multiple chasing emails and phone calls to rectify and c) they refused to admit that the remedial work had any impact on the damage to the roof and fascias. Additionally, the responses we received were very rude and unhelpful.
I appreciate that this was the fault of the original fitter, who I believe no longer works for the company, and the work now it has been sorted by other fitters looks good. I also appreciate that the bay roof may have needed replacing eventually anyway and the remedial work just sped this along. However, the handling of the issues by FAB caused us undue stress and cost, and so I wouldn't recommend them.

Well where do I start, the orangery is amazing, the staff were all friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble, we were kept informed of progress all through the build, Karl came and designed the build he followed our requirements went away and returned with a price, he was very attentive to detail helpful and pleasant, once the project was started a Gary and his team came and removed the old conservatory they started the base, pillars and side wall excellent job, then the fitters Paul and Clive came they were very experienced, polite, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us, Daz who organised the stages of the build was very informative kept us up to date as to where the build was at, the electrician, plumber and plasterer were all very helpful professional were on time when arranged,
I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to improve the look of there property, reasonably priced, professional and very informative

Would highly recommend FAB Systems. Had French Doors and new composite front door fitted today. Quality is fantastic and fitters very friendly and professional. This is second time we have used them and will definitely use again in the future !

I've recently had a conservatory through FAB Systems Ltd and found the whole process from discussing my requirements, reviewing the design provided by FAB through to having it built and finished, to be really slick and professional. The job has been done to a very high standard and the various trades involved which were all organised and project-managed by FAB have been a credit to them. FAB have been really responsive and helpful throughout. Would recommend!

So far so good. Fred sold me a good patio door. Very satisfied with the installation and the product.

In Nov 2018 we moved to a new home but over the winter found the existing double glazed window frames were warped and needed replacing. After receiving quotes from several companies we chose FAB Systems because a) they were competitive and b) they only supplied A* rated frames and glazing and were FENSA registered. In April 2019 they replaced all windows and exterior doors in the house over 2 days. We have been very satisfied with the finished product and service provided. Due to the recent hot weather the back door became difficult to shut and lock. After a phone call to FAB they sent an engineer around the next day, identified and fixed the problem straight away. A first class response and excellent service.

Avoid!
We were sold a good sell about specialist teams doing different jobs - one for windows, one for guttering etc. Fitters were actually just sub-contractors who could do everything but instead we had to wait for the "different teams"
Paid our deposit first week of October and promised the job would be completed in 6 weeks. Our work was finally completed mid-January after numerous problems and constant chasers - wrong size windows delivered, wrong colour door delivered, mess left behind. Internal work schedule had to be pushed back with no apology or care from FAB.
Terrible service throughout and would not recommend.

FAB's manager came to quote me for a small extension in March 2019 and I signed a contract for work to commence on 16 April 2019 estimated verbally to take 5 weeks subject to weather. Fab personnel then showed no interest either by site visits or to keep me up to date with what was going to happen next. I only got an idea from vague verbal messages from a variety of subcontractors who individually actually did a good job. Management seemed to be only interested in payments. It is now December 2019 and management still haven't done what they said they would so cannot be trusted in this respect. An outstanding issue has still not been resolved despite repeated requests; my only recourse appears to be litigation.
