Helpful service

I've found there service good and value for money. I have on two occasions had damaged parcels which when I contacted them they replied quickly and replaced damaged items with no fuss . Well done guys

Great range. Quick postal service

Great range of juice refills. Competitively priced. I've been pleased with the quality and consistency of the products. Very reliable and quick postal delivery. The regular special offers are a bonus, plus loyalty points. Can't go wrong!

Great all round service!

I ordered an Argus Pro device and a CBD e-liquid. The website is great, they didn’t have the colour device I ordered and they were really prompt in letting me know and offering the other colours they had in stock and it didn’t slow down dispatch at all. I received it really quick and I’ll be using Vape Alchemist a lot moving forward

Used to be my favourite shop but shoddy packaging leaking bottles and incorrect orders have made me stop using them. Don't know what has changed but gone downhill in last 6 months

We feel this review is very unfair, if we have made mistakes on your orders in the past, we have always corrected and compensated you for them, we are after all, humans and occasionally we may make mistakes.

If this review is based on the incorrect nicotine strength E-liquid you have received, we would like to add we replaced these immediately without waiting for you to return the incorrect items. however we are yet to receive the old items back? If you could let me know if you are going to return them or we can invoice you for them if you plan on keeping them then that would be great.

Bought a smok v22 from this site and…

Bought a smok v22 from this site and got a v2 instead. Works fine but giving it a 1 star as its not as advertised. I hope the description changes for the customers that lend up buying this product.

Hi Jason. Our product description does actually state you may receive a v2. The V2 is the upgraded version of the smok 22 and has superior battery life. The smok 22 is obsolete and the v2 is the replacement.
