Excellent service from the operator.

My experience with Facebank was horrible. First, they took more than a month to send over the debit card. They DO NOT offer any way of transferring YOUR money through means like Zelle, Google Play, or other P2P services. If you try to link your card or account, it will tell you that the bank does not allow it.

If you wish to make use of YOUR money, you have to do a wire transfer that charges a 30$ fee per transaction. In essence, they absurdly limit the ways through which you can take your money out of your account, creating a condition where they try to make it as hard for you as possible to take the money out of their bank.

This was extremely frustrating.

I've been a Facebank user for over a year and this is the first time I needed help from customer support. Karen J. Quevedo was nice, polite, and professional during our call. In less than 5 minutes they answered all my questions and provided a needed solution. THANK YOU!

I've been using Facebank for almost four years. They have good customer service, and the mobile app is nice. The only "bad" thing is the fees they take for debit card transactions if you're outside the US, it can reach up to 3% for each transaction.

Tatiana was very helpful and solved efficiently the particular issue I brought her.
However, I still cannot understand why my credit cards get blocked repeatedly due to fraud threats:
1. After honoring the supposedly fraudulent transaction.
2. Without sending me an email warning me of the fraud possibility, thus giving me the chance of approving, or not, the transaction. It used to be like this long before.
I have talked about this many times before.

Be very careful with FACEBANK, it's a total SCAM. Out of nowhere they limit your account despite having sent more than 20 documents of all kinds, just so they can keep your money. Then support doesn't answer emails or phone calls, it's a big circus, a show they put on.

If you want to lose your money open an account with Facebank, otherwise avoid this pseudo-bank that acts like a normal US bank with a 0.1%. Special award to the most useless agent with the least resources to solve things -> Jarelys De Jesus.

Excellent bank, it has solved my problems receiving payments from platforms like Paypal, your card arrived quickly and works everywhere, I hope that one day they add zelle and the possibility of sending native ACH transfers.

i needed a bank in the us, since puerto rico is legally us territory this was the only option i could use because opening a bank account in the us for foreigners is extremely difficult.

the homebanking could be more user friendly, it's a little outdated and sometimes not so easy to understand or find the product you are searching for. the customer service is really good, very nice people willing to help.

and also they could improve the debit card shipping, they say you will have it in 3 weeks but mine took almost 2 months with lots of excuses, but it finally arrived totally free of charge as promised.

necesitaba un banco en estados unidos, y como puerto rico es legalmente territorio estadounidense esta fue la única opción que tuve porque abrir una cuenta en estados unidos siendo extranjero es increíblemente difícil.

el homebanking podría ser más amigable con el usuario, se ve viejo y no es fácil de usar, muchas veces es difícil encontrar el producto que se está buscando. el servicio al cliente realmente es muy bueno, tienen gente muy amable y con ganas de ayudar.

podrían mejorar el envío de la tarjeta de débito, dicen que son 3 semanas pero la mía tardó casi 2 meses, poniendo varias excusas de por medio. pero al final llegó, y todo totalmente gratis como me habían dicho.

CUIDADO: si querés operar cripto con este banco NO PODÉS. las leyes de puerto rico prohiben las operaciones de cripto en sus bancos
