Non-existent customer service. The aledge customer service over WhatsApp is a pretty useless bot with only 4 standard replies.
The website doesn't have any information other than 4 pages with 2 lines of text each. No telephone or email anywhere on Google to be able to speak with someone.
Since yesterday the service has been down and literally not a soul to speak to.

Amazing platform. I love the flexibility this payment tool offers you. Combined with several layers of security, the allow you to make online purchases. You may replenish the Zinli visa card using your debit or credit card from a bank, or a ask a friend to do it from their Zinli account. Also, subscriptions for common services could be paid from here. You may use this as a secondary card to safeguard your main bank card.
