Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the customer service, finding it virtually non-existent and difficult to reach a real person. tierney.scott8181 on FB scammed me

tierney.scott8181 on Facebook is a crater faced scammer. She bad talks businesses all the time meanwhile selling faulty Candi. The items she shows pictures of aren’t even the product I received. I asked her to fix it and she refused. I reported her scam to Facebook and they did nothing! I did research on her after that and found several instances she had scammed other artists as well. She only takes the time to make hateful reviews and is very skilled at her wording to destroy other GOOD businesses. I am disgusted with her and her behavior. Abusing her following to harass the businesses that decline doing free customs for her to avoid being blackmailed is probably why the universe cursed her to look the way she does. Don’t do business with this woman. Don’t buy from her and don’t sell to her. She’s horrible and Facebook won’t help which is why she sells there. She literally made some poor businesses she felt with get a bunch of fake bad reviews from her friends that have never experienced their shops. I am disgusted with the blasphemy. Karma deserves to hit this woman worse than her skin and looks.

Very Strict site, stay away!

Create an account, ask you to scan your face and ID, verification process takes 2-3 hours, your account was banned and asking you to provide your ID and scan your face isn't enough for a real person? Reporting vile rude disrespectful posts does nothing, they say it didn't go against their rules, ok haha sure. Comments are nasty and rude. They will ban your account for no reason.

The copyright system is way too strict. The overall design of the site is ugly and outdated. Fake accounts never gets ban, but real ones does. The site asks for too much information and even if you provide your real ID , they still say its not enough.

Some advice, stay away from facebook. I found a site called VK 13 years ago and never went back to fb. Vk is superior over FB. fb has been ruined like many other social media sites, stay away from that awful site.

Dear Facebook Team,

Dear Facebook Team,
My account (Name: Joab Michoux, Phone: +48 729 757 125) was disabled for alleged fraud and deception. I strongly believe this is a mistake and I have not violated Facebook Community Standards. This account is very important to me for personal use and I have business deals in it.
I kindly request you to review my account again and reconsider the decision. I will strictly follow all Community Standards and ensure I never violate any rules in the future.
Thank you for your time and support.

They blocked my account without any prior notice, explanation, or warning. There is no transparency, and no way to speak to a real person who can at least explain what the issue was so I can try to resolve it. Overall, Facebook is not very transparent in how they handle these situations.

Terrible experience with Facebook and no support contact options for clients.

This business is outdating, but not only that, it doesn't have any significant improvements in like decades of existance and even then, it doesn't even have a customer service contact like for global customers to be able to send complaints to about apps or websites disfunctionality, appeal their bot refused accounts and maliciously taken down, just because somebody used ai edited image of themselves, which by the way facebook allowed some time ago on their website. All started with Covid 19 times, when in 2021 Facebook were shutting down people accounts for quoting their ecperiences with Covid 19 vaccines and skeptical views, expressing to their friends and family members, including my account with over six thousand followers, that were following me, because of my Facebook group. I lost only my time on Facebook, because only thing you can share on Facebook is women harassment images, child abuse and animal abuse, ai nonsense general content and absolute weird videos, that isn't even funny, by people who has serious ADHD issues and needs a healing, by a doctors. Additionally on the Facebook app I got harassed by many men, sending me non-stop their naked dee pictures and I had to view them and there wasn't even way to hide that thing, for me being christian I found it to be disgusting Social media and only reason I find this media to be useful, is for you to get scammed and banned after it.
NEVER USE THIS APP OR WEBSITE!!!
Save your children, especially women from getting harassed online by old men from third world countries.

One of the most toxic platforms in…

One of the most toxic platforms in existence. Just recently they stopped you being able to remove the "reels" tab, worked perfectly fine before so they clearly did this to ram shorts down peoples throats.

The irony is, if they actally took notice which videos we put "not interested" on, we might actually want to watch them but instead they insist on dishing up content i specifically put "not interested" too like they have some kind of magic thats going to make me watch it.

Join my app chatlink, no ads, no pathetic stunts to ram content down your throats and are not swayed by that fat trump guy unlike suckerberg who will do anything for trump.

I would give Facebook 0 stars if that…

I would give Facebook 0 stars if that was possible! I set up a page for advertising and set a limit of £2.00/day. On the 7th April my advertising expenditure jumped to £97.21 taken in several lots of £12 from different accounts. I got onto Facebook but could only speak to a Bot, which gave me instructions I found difficult to navigate, but assumed that the withdrawals would be closed down. on the 8th April £158.26 had been withdrawn, and I again got onto Facebook and again couldn't get transferred to a person. In short, there was no way to get any sensible resolution to the problem, the Bot advised me no to pay an outstanding amount due as that would mean I would not be charged for any more advertising - how stupid is that!? It seems that all of the accounts used to extract money from my account were located in Vietnam! I would like to get a refund from Facebook for my losses, but unless I can get to chat with a real person, I am stymied. Interestingly, the Bot kept telling me that it understood my frustration but it was trying to help.

Not to be trusted at all/Poor quality/No guarantee

Not to be trusted at all. Awful job quality and despite their promises, they never provided a written guarantee.
Beside, they ask you to pay into their personal account rather than their business account. This is tax avoidance, I asked for their business account but they did not provide.

Meta Verified Support Failed to Resolve a Critical Account Issue

I subscribed to Meta Verified expecting enhanced customer support, yet my experience has been deeply disappointing. After losing access to my Instagram account due to a suspected compromise, I contacted Meta through Facebook and Meta Verified support channels.

Despite multiple escalations and providing evidence of ownership—including documentation and screen recordings—I was repeatedly redirected to the same non-functioning recovery links. My support cases were closed without resolution, leaving me locked out of my account and personal data.

I have since filed complaints with regulatory authorities and sent formal correspondence to Meta, as no effective assistance was provided through official support channels.

Paying for premium support should not result in scripted responses and unresolved issues. Meta must improve its customer service, escalation procedures, and account recovery systems.

⭐ 1 Star – An unacceptable experience for a company of this size and influence.

Not deleting the profile of my dead mother.

My mother passed away about two years ago. I was able to have her profile placed into a memorial state, but a few months ago I decided that I would prefer to have it permanently deleted. It feels like everyone has moved on, and I’m not comfortable with her profile, photos, and personal information remaining online indefinitely.

I have submitted two deletion requests so far. In both cases, I provided all the required documentation, including her death certificate and proof that I am her son. I also referenced the earlier request that led to her profile being memorialized.

Unfortunately, I have not received any response, and the profile is still active. My first request was submitted about three months ago. I have also been unable to reach support through any available channels.

I would really appreciate assistance in resolving this matter.

My account of over two decades was shut…

My account of over two decades was shut down without notice, without an explanation as to the cause, and without the means to talk to a person or appeal. I use Facebook to communicate with my HOA and neighbors who are only on the platform, to support third-party non-profit organizations, to find out about our local food banks, to get local news, and to buy and sell things on marketplace. I had recently upvoted and supported articles (which Facebook feeds us all based on our engagement with their algorithm) that are political. I have never violated their terms of service.

Facebook has seized info on my biometrics (face structure), IP address, devices and cookies, and other identifying information so that I am unable to ever make an account again, even though I need it for access to information in my community.

This is like the social credit score in China. I cannot connect with friends and business partners on the platform, and I can never upload a picture of my Face if I ever get access via another account.

I have been blocked from a major platform that now infiltrates all aspects of our communities and I have no way to retrieve the information I need, appeal this process, or "unblock" myself. Yet when I was active I saw people on the platform spreading all sorts of prejudiced and uninformed content.

Although I am happy to never contribute another dollar in advertising revenue to FB again but like I said, the other aspects that I need to use - like our neighborhood forum, the marketplace, and our food bank announcements - are now unavailable to me.

To say I am disappointed with these large tech companies including Facebook is an understatement. They have learned how to weaponize AI against ordinary people, and I have no way to appeal this process or get in touch with a human. At some point these platforms become so big you need access to at least some part of them to function in society.
