I can honestly say not a lot of companies would take the time to ring a client personally and suggest an alternate let alone at no extra cost. Brilliant company, hope to use them again soon. The Smartwool socks are great quality and extremely comfortable to wear. I couldn't believe the amount of padding, support and comfort they provide to my feet - especially the underside in contact with floor/boots.

A good product and good service.
The item arrived on time. I decided to exchange the item for a larger item and this was easily and quickly done. Postage was free on the initial purchase. I would have awarded 5 stars but there was no postage return voucher for the exchange. However, overall a very good product and very good service.
