I used Facewest whilst i lived in the UK but was unaware until recently that they shipped to Australia at great postage rates. Fantastic prices, and quick service.

I ordered three minor items (Grangers products) to be sent to Scandinavia. At checkout there was no additional expense for shipping - brilliant! (I've aborted many a purchase elsewhere when I found my order slapped with a savings-eroding delivery surcharge come checkout time. Such a joykiller that.)

The products arrived as ordered, but a couple of days later. Hard play to beat!

Fast & efficient processing of my order. Unfortunately the jacket I ordered was too big. I returned it & almost immediately received an email telling me my refund was being processed - no fuss, no delays, just lots of efficiency!

Ordered a pair of Rab trousers on Tuesday, delivered Friday. Perfect condition, excellent price, service superb. Have order from Facewest before and always had great service. Why would you want the hassle of going to the shops? Highly recommend.

I bought a few things from facewest including sealskinz extreme cold weather gloves. These are great, I don't know of any warmer gloves. I have an older version of these and the new ones have extra protection over the knuckles, double stitching in parts to make them last longer, and toggles at the wrist which you can thread your wrists through to stop you dropping them if you take them off.
I also bought the raidlight bottle holder. I have never tried carrying water at the front of a rucksack before and while it's not as comfy as having it strapped to your back, it is a lot more convenient for filling it up. I would use it in long races or mountain marathons where you don't want the long process of removing the hydration system from your bag to fill it up.
I also bought the travel lunch freeze dried chocolate mousse. I haven't tried this yet but it looks good and was more appealing to me than the other desserts.

I only wish that I had been introduced to FACEWEST sooner, I feel that I have missed out! Their customer service is second to none.....

So many items of clothing seem to be 38-40 or 40-42 and I sit right right in the middle so it's been great having the confidence to order 2 sizes for size as this is what Facewest recommend!! It didn't matter that they were sending it to Austria or that it was sale items! The service has been ace - items all arrived promptly and refunds for the returned stuff paid just as promptly! The points reward system together with sale prices got me an absolute bargain of a Rab microlight vest which is superbly warm and comfy!1 Well done Facewest - I've already recommended you to friends!!
