Very very pleased with the service from Facewest. Good pricing and quick delivery. But what impressed me most was their customer service. I bought an MSR Trailshot filter from them, and whilst I was generally very happy with the product, I did manage to lose the funnel cap, without which it didn't work so well. More than willing to pay for a replacement, I contacted Facewest who quickly got a free of charge replacement organised from the manufacturer. Would certainly use Facewest.co.uk again.

I ordered a new jacket from Facewest recently, it was priced very well compared to other suppliers and they offered free shipping. I wasn't expecting much from the free shipping but I received my order within 2 full days of placing my order! 10/10 WANT to buy from them again.

I had to modify my order as I inadvertently ordered the wrong size. A quick phone call and this was resolved. The item was delivered free within two days and I saved £20 on Keswick shop price for the same garment.

This was my second satisfactory order with Facewest within 8 days. In total I saved £80 on two orders. Facewest will be my personal preferred supplier in future. Don't worry about ordering on the internet the customer support is second to none.

I recently had to return a faulty transceiver to Facewest, they contacted the manufacturer and within 24 hours they had agreed to a replacement.

This is how things should work, but sadly in the world today you often have to wait weeks to get problems sorted.

I ordered an avalanche airbag. It was a late decision based on the dangerous conditions developing in the Alps. Although the bag had to be specially ordered I had confidence in it getting to me as the team straight away understood the importance of this to me.
The trust was warranted and I got the bag even sooner than expected with time to do a practice before the trip even.
I'm now both a satisfied client and a Facewest fan as well.
