Always brilliant. Absolutely outstanding service. If you are an outdoor regular (like me), then these guys will always have what you need. The reward system is great and far better than others. The idea of rewarding reviews is a great idea, as you get honest reviews from people who are verified as buying the product.
Their SALE and Special Offers are regular and help with the prices of some of the more expensive bits of equipment.
Can't fault them. Customer support is quick and honest, delivery is swift, returns are easy and even if they don't have exactly what you need, they will find it for you!

I was very happy with my order from Facewest. It was process and delivered quickly. My item was from the clearance range but it was a bargain price cheaper than anywhere else i could find it. The rest of their products are good quality products too at reasonable prices as well. A good company to do your comparisons with.

I ordered a Suunto T3d watch and running pack on line. I paid for special next day delivery to an address I would be at the next day. Unfortunately the watch did not turn up which was a problem for me and it had to be sent on to my home address. Having looked at the T&C's facewest states it cannot be liable for late delivery. The clause was in very very small print but there nonetheless.

Otherwise price, despatch, supporting docs and online videos are brill!!

I've had my Meco 140 Long Sleeve Tee for a week and worn it so far in cold wet weather under other layers. It's very light and comfortable. I really like its fit- it's long in the body and sleeves and shaped in a flattering style. I also like its colour which is made up of pink and grey/ mauve stripes. It's almost a shame to hide it under other layers at the moment!

I ordered this product on the sunday evening and it was delivered on Tuesday, great. Got the mat out to test it, better than I thought as it was really long, wider than the Neo air ultra light, and looks like we can use a coupling kit to link the two together.
Also ordered the neo air pump as a follow on order, it came as part of the main package. Excellent pump, whirls away without seeming effort and lo a bed has sprung forth.

I bought an Arcteryx Beta AR Nighrhawk jacket for my son. The service was second to none and as it was an expensive jacket they even checked with me when they received the order making sure I had ordered it and no-one else was using my card. I was impressed. The delivery was prompt and I was informed each day of the progress. Can't praise them enough and would certainly use them again.

I recently ordered a fleece vest but when it arrived the purple lining on the inside didn't feature in the image I saw on-line and I really disliked the colour, it wasnt for me.
How many of us are told these days that there is nothing that can be done about these kind of circumstances and its the customers responsibility; well, not with Facewest, the service I received was understanding and with a prompt no hestitation refund, organised immediately.

Excellent service quality.

I ordered some ski crampons for touring skis. When I came to fit them for real, even with the help of a Glenmore Lodge instructor, they would not go on. I reviewed the item on their website and they got straight back to me and were extremely helpful. As a result we identified a design issue which affects the use with certain binding combinations. However, Facewest were really helpful, not just with this equipment but in general. I did figure a way to fit the crampons, by the way!
