Fantastic customer service!
I ordered a DeWALT miter saw table from Factory Authorized Outlet. When I opened the box I discovered that two of the parts were damaged. I called customer service and within two days new parts were shipped to me directly. I couldn’t be happier with the friendly and responsive service I received.

I haven't used the dewalt weed trimmer…
I haven't used the dewalt weed trimmer outside yet, but it is well built and works as described. Part 2 we used the trimmer today 3/25/2020 its unbelievable cuts great puts all the trimmers I have used to shame

The kit arrived with heavy box damage. The tool bag had holes in it and auxiliary handle on the circular saw was broken.
