Factory Plaza, Inc Reviews

Great job on my new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops

Price was good. Personnel was rude. Person who came to measure was rude and hard to understand. He entered my house without authorization when we were not home. What he said conflicted with what the office had told us about the process and about their sinks.

Installer made an antisemtic remark.

Professional, honest, and extremely reliable. This place is the greatest from start to finish. Would not go anywhere else for my granite and stone needs. They are absolutely the best!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent customer service and great prices. We'd highly recommend Factory Plaza for any new construction or remodeling project.

Great prices, decent customer service. Overall a good experience. Have used them multiple times.

Extremely happy with our countertops. The service was great and cost was the BEST around by a substantial amount. The gentleman that came to measure was so helpful and gave us suggestions that we truly appreciated. Highly recommend!!

Good selection of materials. Easy to work with. Prompt and on time!

THIS is the best price you will get. This is the second time using this company and it was a painless experience. You cannot go wrong.

We love how easy it is to do business with Factory Plaza. The price is right and the product was as promised. Thank you for an easy experience.

Excellent service from start to gin8sh... would highly recomnend

Good product. Just felt customer service could have been better. Just know if you buy a sink through them it does not come with strainers. Who knew?

best price best servies

A great company to deal with, Magdalena is so informative on all her products, She has the answer to all your questions, The installers were gentlemen, super friendly, I will recommend this company to anyone.

Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and personable. Top rate job and very quick turn around. We'll be using Factory Plaza again very soon!

This was I believe the fourth place that I went to. I was immediately relieved. They had a very good selection but not only that, the places I went to before had the same colors of granite I was looking for but factory plazas slabs just happened to look nicer in my opinion. Mario was our sales person. He was very easy to work with and helpful. Btw did I mention their prices are really great too?! Overall a great experience!! Will definitely be recommending them and using them again for my bathroom project as well.

I am impressed how good they are at what they do.
Great installation staff.

Thank you for your outstanding service, ready when promised, and quality product built to expectations.
The granite was installed this past weekend and it fits and looks nice.
Please let your manager know I appreciate your sense of urgency and that the shop fabricated the order correct and helped me at pickup

Factory Plaza was very fast and professional. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and the customer service was great.

We were quite satisfied with cabinets and countertops. Selection in woods and stone were quite good compared to several other stores. They provided printed up front price sheets so no guessing or pressure sales. Final finish on cabinets and stone polish may not be as high as Cambria or Thomasville but the prices are not near them. Great value.
