I placed an order with them in February of 2023 and it’s almost June and I still haven’t received the item nor have I heard back from the company. Do NOT spend your money on this trash.

I advise against making purchases from this website. I made an order on April 17, and as of May 23, I have yet to receive it.

No response from customer service, placed order for a fadify machine several weeks ago.

I ordered with them and I get tired of wating and ask for a refund they did gave me a refund for the first order, then I decide to give them a second chance and they keep saying we are sorry for the delay we have so many order and we currently working on January orders as soon as we ship your order we will send you the tracking number to your email, we'll not so long ago they have stop replying back to me, even worse they were online in the chat most of the time
And now they not which means it looks like a scam totally. This long waiting is insane and I'm also 100% this is a scam, they god I just only loose 67 dollars and not couple hundreds. Why I decide to buy this product from them, because I did my research first, I went to YouTube and saw coupé people using the machine and decide to buy it, first attempt fail but they did refund me, second attempts looks like it's a fail because they stop replying to me. So that's a no no watch out, no one will hold a costumer so long eating for a product, I think it's a scam and if is good for them now no body will ever goin to try to buy this ever again

They don't return emails. They don't respond to anything. I ordered 3 months ago, emailed no less than 30 times, tried to "live chat" with them...no response.

This is an absolute scam! They have not returned a single communication. I will report to BBB, cause a total fraud where even on their site they fail to respond.

Scam. DO NOT PURCHASE! Placed order on April 20th and did not receive anything, not even a tracking number. I have emailed the company with no replies, and called the company that essentially doesn't exist. I have even tried to contact through their site with nothing useful or helpful. Their reviews on their site looks very good, but now I can suspect that those reviews are fake and only there to scam people like me. Again, DO NOT BUY!

Scam, never received my order

scam... same as all the other responses. Ordered early Feb/2023, they send 20% coupon after a couple weeks when its supposed to be delivered. Then anytime you check on it, a truck is bringing a new shipment in and your order will ship/deliver in 2 weeks. Fast forward 12 weeks and they now do not respond and there was never a delivery. Complete joke of a company

I paid $80 and they took the money and never shipped the product. I've been emailing for months with no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY they are a scam.

This company is a scam!!!
I ordered on 2/4/23, received two correspondences in March that they were replenishing stock and I would receive soon, after I complained. Still, to this day 5/10/23, I have not received my product nor anymore correspondences from them. They should be charged with Mail Order Fraud!

This is a scam...I never received anything, I sent several emails with no follow-up. TOTAL SCAM!!

Wow, after reading everyone’s comments I’m even more pissed. Pretty much the same story, ordered 2-2-2023, then I received two emails, Kathleen and Maria stating the same generic out of stock issue. I waited then emailed through their website, got a response from a Geoffrey saying they are about to push out February’s orders. This was 4-6-2023. Also received another email from Maria saying pretty much the same thing. Yet here I am today with you guys upset at this scam of a company. Just like everyone said, don’t fall for it. Time to send up the dispute with my bank. Good luck to everyone else.

I like everyone that would have given 0 stars were duped into purchasing this product , unfortunately the company is a scam artist. I luckily purchased it through PayPal but after emailing the company several times to cancel the order and demand my money back , I filed a claim with PayPal and in a week received my money back

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered my clipper a month ago and it still hasn't arrived, Ave no shipping has been provided. Messaged they're customer serviceb twice and no responses. Finally got a refund via a PayPal dispute, but this is absolutely a scam - do not order from them.

I ordered way back in March I ordered the clippers and the attachment do you think I received anything? Hell nooo! I'm furious with this company, especially how they just take your money but they claim to have no product for sale its beyond me. Haircuts have gotten too expensive to be spending 35 a week for a damn haircut I figured I will just buy this stupid clipper that way I can cut it myself but I back fired on me. The $67 dollars they stole from me would had been 2 trips to the barber shop and as much I I would had hated paying for a barber at least I know my money was well spent and earned. They are a scam don't do any business with them. Seriously I don't give 2 damns about their inventory if they didn't have any product then they should've taken people's money period!

Absolutely trash. Waste of money. Never received order.
