A zero would better describe this co. My husband ordered 2/4/23 , and still hasn't received his order. They don't respond to emails .they totally suck don't do business with them.

Took my money never receive product like everyone else .scam do not order

I've been waiting since february and been given the run around...honestly as a barber i wanted to try new products...this type of fade can honestly be achieved by using your taper guards because i've tried it myself...dont waste your time...this company is a lazy scam.

I ordered back in February and have not received my product m. I emailed to check on status several times and they would say that they were in back order. Eventually after waiting for several weeks I finally asked for my refund and they stopped replying.

The company Is still Gladly taking orders but there is no product…the people running this company are a complete scam.

Absolute Scam I ordered my clippers in February and still haven’t received them and had been given the runaround for 3 months now. I don’t even think this product exists they just straight scammers customers took money 💴 and are getting away with it

PLEASE BEWARE---- WARNING!! Sadly, this company sent me a set of blades INSTEAD of the actual Clippers that I ordered! When I contacted them, they attempted to provide me with 20% off to keep the blades. I explained WHY would I need blades with no Clippers!? I've done everything that they've asked me to, sending the product back, taking pictures of the product, which certainly were never used, and included tracking information. After 10 more days, I'm following up and now they're saying I should have sent the pictures and tracking to their CHAT inbox, even though in that same Chat inbox, is where they instructed me to MAIL this information back to their High Point NC location! Tracking shows that I mailed the blades back on 4/12/23 & their High Point location received it on 4/14/23 ---- today is now the 24th and STILL NO REFUND! No matter how good a product is, it is still measured by the customer service you receive. To receive the wrong product and then have to BEG for your money back even after you've returned the product, undamaged & unused is just POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and this just shows that this company is MORE CONCERNED WITH MAKING A DOLLAR THAN TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!! (((BEWARE))

Please don’t buy from this company. Purchase black in Feb and still no product or refund. Got play but I believe God will take care that.

They are quick to respond to questions about delivery. When trying to cancel and get a refund, a whole different story. Their cancellation policy tells you everything you want to hear. Getting a response to cancel and get a refund, good luck! 1 month later still no product and no response. Like the old saying goes, if it’s too good to be true well you know.

I placed the order for my clippers on 2/13/23, and have yet to receive anything. I tried e-mailing customer service a few times now and have not received a response. I called the customer service number provided on the website, and call went straight to voicemail. I'm literally out of options. So now I'm left with disputing the charges with my bank.

This is a scam. I ordered months ago and have emailed many time with no response.

I ordered a set of these clippers in early February and it is now mid/late April and I have gotten two responses back on emails that are both very vague and fall right in line with the scam comments I'm seeing here. DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!! I'll update as soon as I settle the dispute with my bank.

Never recieved the product and it was impossible for me to conact anyone

ordered the clippers Feb 4th. Its now April 17th and I still havent received anything. They keep emailing me saying that it'll arrive in 7 days. Def a scam.

DO NOT BUY!!! Fading Culture takes your order but never ships you purchase. Luckily I went through PayPal and they were able to quickly refund my money.

Fading Culture is a BIG SCAM. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM!!! Received an email saying the clippers were back ordered, almost a month later inquired about a refund and received an email from ‘Reyah’ stating ‘ We received feedback from our team that the stocks just arrived. We are processing the orders. Kindly bear with us as we have to ship 100,000 orders within the day.

Apologies for the delay and you will receive a tracking number soon.

I fully understand that this situation is not what you expected. In order to make it up to you, I was able to negotiate a discount of 20% off.

This email was sent almost two weeks ago, again with no response to my cancellation request. Don’t waste your money or your time, I just lost 80$. I also notice they’re no longer on Instagram where I originally found out about the brand.

Absolute joke. If you want to throw money away and never receive a product, fading culture is right for you. Otherwise run!!

Received my kit after about 2 months waiting for them.was not the company's fault it was the delivery firm evira.

I only recieved the blades lol. These guys are criminals. Please read our reviews before you even think of pirchasing. Don't not buy from the guys. They 're scammers!!!!!!!

Appears to be a SCAM!! Placed order back in February and was alerted that the item was out of stock via email. Received email from Kathleen that the next shipment should arrive within 7-15 business days and my order would be shipped. That never happened. I've reached out several times with no RESPONSE!
