This company will make up any excuse not to pay you out, with me, it was that I had given them a wrong phone number, which was an absolute lie.

I placed £10 stake and won £9550 they are refusing to pay saying max payments are £4000 on a single bet yet they have a £10 stake I’m with a lot of other sites and never experienced this before this site needs to be shut down my lawyer has been informed and I’ve transferred the money on account to them I’m fed up of these sites who keep quiet when taking your money and make excuses when they have to pay
Pragmatic play who are the game providers have also are looking into this who are the ones who issue the licence to these sites
And are very concerned about this company tarnishing their brands

Okay, so the biggest issue with this company is withdraws. You almost have to keep asking to get them. Also kyc wasn't asked untill I stared winning. It can be stressful when you win big amount and think if you gonna get this money. This company is licensed with UK caisno license so it is very strange for them to do this as they could lose license if a lot of people complain. And it it very hard to get a license in this country. Other than that it's fine.

WINNING £2125 MY ACCOUNT GOT SUSPENDED AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD MAKE MY WITHDRAWAL ON MY BEHALF BUT WOKE UP THE NEXT DAY TO ONLY £225 IN MY ACCOUNT. NOW ARE REFUSING TO PAY ANYTHING OUT.

IBAS INVOLVED IN AN ATTEMPT TO RECOVER MY FUNDS FROM THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY. I WILL BE MAKING ALL EMAILS PUBLIC AND SHARING THROUGHOUT SOCIALS TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE.

Everytime u make a withdrawal they ask for verification and ask lots of questions even though this was given to them on the 1st withdrawal. Ridiculous and a pain just to withdraw a small amount of money.
Do not recommend and I will be closing the account as not worth the hassle.

Avoid! I have placed many bets with them but they are refusing to give me my money, saying that there has not been enough financial activity! Value of bets placed in the last year is way more than the amount I am trying to withdraw!

Signed up, placed previous bets, made previous withdrawals months ago but as soon as you win a bet of a decent size and try to withdraw, they attempt to avoid and delay paying you out by not following their license conditions.

Specifically in regards to asking for KYC and additional information upon a customer making a withdrawal (17.1.1 - Customer identity verification - Section 2)

After making them aware of this, the withdrawal came through and zero reply back to the email. Also lying about making phone calls to me when they clearly didn't as I had zero missed calls. If they do this to you too, please report them to the Gambling Commission since they clearly have zero respect for their license or customers and clearly aren't fit to operate a gambling business.

Joined yesterday.. won £500 withdrew and had to provide a heavy amount of proof of ID. Got my money paid then they emailed saying I have completed KYC. But they want bank statemnts and payslips. Which is not legally required at all. As thy themself just made clear by paying me because I have proved my ID. I believe this company maybe selling peoples information because the things they ask for don’t have any relevance to proving you are eligible to gamble.
So account closed 24 hours after opening and I took them for £400 👍🏻

I requested a payout of 1000 with a 500 deposit. I was worried at first, they suspended my account and had to contact customer services. Could have been due to new years day but chat is useless so you have to email. They paid my winnings in less that 24 hours.

If livechat was monitored I would have felt much better but overall a good experience.

I enjoy using the FAFA bet , I do not enjoy their demanding KYC, each time I have a small win they ask for more info not the case when you lose. In the past 18 months they asked for proof of income three times, which is over the top and should start at 36 months minimum, also let you continue deposit funds whilst holding onto your withdrawals.

Responsible gambling works both ways.

As most are saying, avoid this website like the plague. They hide behind completely unjust and unfair terms that will limit what you can win even when betting with your own money - that is a blanket limitation across the site, it contradicts what is displayed in the games you are playing and is hidden in pages and pages of terms. This is totally immoral behaviour. I won a significant amount and they are stealing about 95% of it for themselves. Don't use this site if you want to keep what you win. Also like many others I'll be complaining to the gambling commission and anywhere else I can to hopefully get them shutdown. Devious scammers - AVOID.

Thank you to everyone else who has alerted people to what a huge distasteful SCAM this site is. Same experience as everyone else. I have closed my account after 3 days having paid their unscrupulous , illegal 5% fee to get a withdrawal done. Ive asked for all my personal data to be deleted and they claim they can hold onto it for a minimum of 6 years. Who might they be planning to sell this data to ? These horrible scammers need to be stopped - this site mist be shut down. I would like to hear from others please what efforts have been made along the legal , governing body complaint routes ?

They deliberately try to make the withdrawal process as difficult, confusing and costly as possible. Live chat support is also completely unhelpful.

Should be NO stars, share the same issue as everyone on here, won some money over £9k and they won’t withdraw to my account. Sent lots of documentation but it’s never enough. Stay well clear shouldn’t be allowed to operate..
