Fantastic Healthcare Professionals, Dissapiontingly pedantic, inefficient and inadequate Scheduling resources and related Customer Management
The services provided by, and the practitioners and associates at St. Johns, and in Stillwater are examples of some of the most capable and professional care and H.C. providers available in the area.
Conversely, my protracted and frustrating experiences with their scheduling/appointment group, their associates and management illuminate the opportunity for Mhealth to overhaul their administrative processes along with the resources and tools provided to said associates,
IMO, the demonstrated lack of professionalism on the part of (a number of) the related associates and their manager I recently interacted with have yielded no progress and great frustration. I'm left with "call us back", and perceive much of what I got for my time and efforts was just lip service, and nothing more.
I respectfully suggest that their CEO please take note, and move to make immediate improvements relative to this glaring discrepancy, when compared to the performance and efficiency demonstrated by their H.C. Pros.
