I’ve been a member since 1989, and have never looked back. It has always met my needs. Only thing I could wish for since I moved to Vero Beach FL was a branch here where I live now. But mobile banking has filled the gap.

Love almost everything about FAIRWINDS…
Love almost everything about FAIRWINDS Credit Union except the fact that when I make a deposit I have to wait several days for the full deposit to be processed. I recently deposited a fairly large check and the stupid process of breaking it up and only having so much available at a time is so frustrating. If I deposit a check I expect it to be available at a minimum next day like my previous bank did.

If Fairwinds makes the process any easier, there will be no process. I requested a car loan refinance at 11pm using the phone app., which was extremely easy and by 5pm the next day, it was done and processed. If that wasn’t enough, the concierge service (feels that way) and follow ups the team offers is outstanding. Kudos!

I have been a member of Fairwinds for over 25 years. I moved away from the Orlando area 13 years ago, but I kept my account there because they are always helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I've financed cars with them and had a personal loan, and the process was so easy. I've called them for help several times, and I've always been greeted with a polite, knowledgeable person.
