I was given bad financial advice from a branch manager. She suggested I apply for a credit card and I was denied for the card and my credit score dropped. Then I was stuck with a terrible interest rate.

Online Payment / Supervision
The online payment system has been down for months with no fix thus far. I inquired about a streamline rate reduction and because the supervisors there couldn’t figure life out, the rate I could have gotten has since gone away. If I had it in me to gather paperwork and refinance with another lender, I would.

I have been really happy with Fairwinds…
I have been really happy with Fairwinds Credit Union. Opening my accounts was easy and quick, they even personally called me after I opened my accounts to make sure everything was set up the way I wanted them. I love that they work with Dave Ramsey and his principles. It is nice to know that they want me to succeed at being debt free and offer features that support that. Very happy with Fairwinds!

Each of the transactions I attempted to perform were declined. A hold was placed on my account for depositing money. This account was not helpful to me. I will say that Miguel Nunez contacted me the day I opened my account. That gentleman provided top tier customer service. I also contacted Miguel to close my accounts. Once again his service was top notch.
