I ordered the QUINNY Moodd and it was delivered by FedEx. As soon as the order was placed I received a call from Aidan Cox explaining everything to me about the QUINNY moodd which I found very helpful. Excellent delivery time. I had one very minor issue with the front wheel (possibly due to shipping) but they resolved it in no time, sending me a brand new part again using FedEx whom I think are excellent! Their online chat facility is very good and they reply almost instantly. Would highly recommend them.

Initially the wrong item was send. We received the correct item within a day and we didn't have to go through the trouble of shipping the wrong item back. Costumer service was very friendly and helpful. Because of the quick response and kindness I give 5 stars. Makedo is easy to use and only fantasy is the limit. Our 9 year old son loves it because his cardboard houses are now sturdy.

The site offers some gorgeous products and it took me some time to explore them all and find what was best - I was buying some gifts for friends. My daughter wished for a pink alarm clock with cats on it for her 6th birthday and we found the perfect match at Family Nation. Despite a slightly late order, I am always sorting things out at the last minute, it made its way just on time!

The ordering of three products was of the most pleasant experience - easy and straight forward. The communication was efficient and clear. The bitter part was waiting for six long days for my order to be delivered and the worst is disappointment with Linea Mamma Baby shampoo & bath gel, which was of different colour (pale yellow), smell and characteristics of the product itself vs the shampoo of bright yellow colour and excellent result I use from the same company's travel kit. The question arises regards the quality consistency with the manufacturar.

I have ordered items regularly through Family Nation and not experienced a problem. Gifts are beautifully wrapped and courier delivers in record time.

I had a problem with my coat - the zipper broke during the first week - and Aidan was super responsive and helpful. She gave me a gift certificate for the amount to replace the zipper, and notified the company (Seraphine). I highly recommend Family Nation for their attentiveness and care. Keep up the good work!
