great ease of ordering and prompt delivery. The quality of the item, a child's organic cotton bathrobe is wonderful, except for a strong perfume smell to the fabric. Most people who are willing to pay for organic cotton don't want a strong smell like that to the clothes. I have washed and soaked it a number of times but you can still smell it. I have never had that happen before with clothing.

All Numero74 items have that fragrance out of box, it is not perfume but a detergent they use for the final wash of the items which has a signature scent. The scent will wash away in a few washes and with use. In general we see that most customers find that a pleasant touch and I can assure you that there is nothing wrong with the garment you have purchased,. I completely understand, however, that the scent might not be pleasant for everyone. It will fade and wash away soon.
