Family Nation could not have been more helpful in ensuring the order reached my Granddaughter safely although three counties were involved and so shortly after Brexit (terrible decision!). I was delighted with their response.

Customer service for this company does not exist.
I see some reviews saying excellent service. These must be posted by employees or owners of the company because they have no customer service. Look at the BBB reviews on them. I ordered a photo locket bracelet for my wife. Cheaply made. One handle was broken on delivery. I have emailed them twice. Their site says will respond in one day. They haven’t responded in 2 weeks on either. This site has one response that suggests a customer check their spam & trash for email response. I do that every day. They have not replied. Do not trust this company. It is a joke if you need to contact the. maybe that is why they have no customer service contact number. They have no customer service. Do not order from them.

Terrible experience. I purchased online before Christmas but nothing arrived. Some friends used the website in Italy to send gifts to Canada and there were extra importing fees. Very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, placing the order on the 20th of December, it was too close to Christmas for Fedex to deliver - all the main couriers including Fedex were overloaded in general this year and this added one or two days to the delivery time.
Our Shipping information page, https://www.family-nation.com/customer-service.html#Shipping, clearly specifies "Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to import duty and VAT". This is not something we have control over - it is decided by the tax rules of Canada in this case.
We wish your experience had been more positive, as it is for thousands of other customers, and we wish you a Happy New Year!
I bought a music box for my wife
I bought a music box for my wife. I was expecting it to be somewhat bigger for the price of $30. It probably cost $3 to make, if that. It doesn't wind up and then play by itself. You have to keep turning the shaft to hear the song play. So, I guess my biggest disappointment is that I drastically overpaid for a cheap product. Just something to keep in mind.

This company is a SCAM! By far the worst online company I have ever dealt with delivered my “candle holders” to California!!! I live in New York they had my billing and shipping info... they don’t get back to you all they do is send automated messages what the Hell!!!!

Music boxes are TINY
The music box pics shown on their website are dramatically enlarged. I fell in love with these music boxes and I ordered 4 of them. What i got was 4 embarrassingly small items. The box fits in the palm of my hand. I would like to post pictures but there is no option to do so. They are so small you cannot even read the sentiment. When I tried returning them i was shown a link to their website which said returns only for defective items. I will NOT recommend them to anyone!!! Just not worth the price and misleading pictures.
