Dear Sydney, thank you for your precious feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the service and that you desire to cancel your order. As per our email conversation and exchanges, it has been really difficult to get in contact with Fedex courier and after many reports, we still do not have updates on your order. Unfortunately, we think it has been lost by the courier. Usually, when the loss is confirmed, we immediately ship another order to the customer, obviously for free. But since you prefer non to receive the item, given the wrong timing, we have immediately refunded you on your PayPal account.
We have just notified Fedex to block the delivery of your package, but since the situation of the courier is quite chaotic at the moment, it is likely that it will be delivered anyways. Please, let us know if that happens.
In the meantime, in addition to the refund, we have sent you an apology voucher by email.
We really hope to see you again on our website, to have another chance to show you the accuracy and efficiency of our service.

Replacement of Favorite Heirloom Toy!
This was the first time I ordered from out of the country for an item. Shipping cost was reasonable and item arrived quickly. The box was quite damaged from the shipping but the item ordered was in fine shape. Thank you for making this a great experience and helping me to replace a favorite heirloom toy of my son's when he was a toddler!

Customer service is great and the product I bought (mommy bag teddy white) is amazing. I am so exited to get to use this beautiful bag. I ordered it from outside Italy, since I could not find the bag locally, and everything since the website, until de exchanges with Family Nation personnel until the day I received it was incredible.
