Very impressed! The lowest shipping cost I found for the mini monkey baby sling and it got to me in the states in less than a week! Email updates were all timely and correct, which made me feel better about purchasing it internationally. Would definitely purchase from them again!

As specified on our website, if the product is IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE, your order will be shipped within 1 working day from the payment, after which it will take 3-6 days to be delivered, according to the situation of Fedex courier. If the item requires shipment within 30 working days, as in this case, the order will be shipped within the days indicated on the website. This is due to the fact that the items that require a longer shipment are not physically available at our warehouse but they need to be restocked by the supplier.
Your order was shipped directly from the brand’s warehouse, on the 1st of February 2023, more than 15 days before the expected date.We sent you an after-sale message on the 2nd of February at 16:20 as we always do, sending you the tracking link. We are really sorry that you did not had the chance to read it. Anyways, from the tracking link we see that your order was correctly delivered on the 3rd of February.
