Totaly trustworthy
At Family nation I found an item I could not find anywhere else, the Zoocchini boys briefs. I ordered the wrong size and got a full refund after return. The package shipped from Italy to the Netherlands and everything went well via FedEx. The email contact was very friendly and clear. The next order was the right size and I am very happy with the product.

Return of item almost impossible. Not only expenses were on buyer but requirements were very burdensome (only registered post, making the return as expensive as the item; printing out labels in multiple copies etc).

After confirming order and made payment, and after 2 weeks I was informed that the choice of colour had been discontinued. Other colour option offered and confirm in stock. I had picked and confirmed. Family Mation has confirmed order with supplier and few days later was inform that production delay and now have to wait for additional 1 month. Your office had confirmed in stock earlier and now still have to wait. Sorry

When we sent you the notification about the availability of the replacement article, it was indeed available in our warehouse. However, having received a confirmation from you the following day, unfortunately the item was purchased by another customer and we immediately placed an order with the brand in order to respect the timing of your shipment. Unfortunately, the brand, after having given us confirmation of the availability within a similar timeframe that we communicated to you, sent us a correction the next day, and we immediately updated you offering you the choice of how to proceed: whether to cancel the order or wait considering the delays.
We are very sorry, we do our utmost every day to ensure a fast and efficient service and it is always a pain to communicate this kind of news to our customers. On our side, we try to mitigate this type of inconvenience as best we can, so as to cause as little inconvenience as possible to our customers.

I ordered a Bugaboo bee 6 limited edition. I searched all over for it and only Family Nation had it in stock.
My parcel was shipped off right away next day! We had some issues with the delivery because I wasn't home when they attempted delivery but I spoke with Miriam from customer service and she was so helpful! She right away notified FedEx to re-attempt delivery and I got it!
Cant wait to use it.
Would defiantly buy by Family Nation again! Such excellent service.
