Shipping took 3 times longer than promised. Once the pure white shoes arrived they were stained with red scuffs and dirty and we were told by their customer service department "white shoes get dirty" They hadn't even been taken out of the box but we are to expect them to look used?!?! CMON... HORRIBLE.

They really need to stop using fed ex as a delivery service. Once again with fed ex they state that they made the delivery while I was sitting next to the door they say it was left at, I have no packages I get a hold of FedEx they tell me to contact Famous Footwear Famous Footwear makes you wait eight business days before they will file the claim so now I'm going to be waiting almost 2 weeks from day of order to just file the claim over the shoes that I have already paid for.

Ordered a pair of runners for my daughters birthday that cost $111, which the company happily charged me for and told me the shoes would arrive in 5 to 9 business days and I would receive an email when they had shipped. 8 days later I contacted the company because I had received no communication regarding shipping only to be told the order was cancelled. The lady on the phone was pretty indignant and could care less that these had been ordered for a birthday and couldn't provide an answer as to why the cancelled the order or why they had neglected to tell me they had cancelled the order, nor had they returned my money. Will not be doing business with this company again. Garbage.

We where treated with courtesy, and respect our day was brighten with good humor, they made the atmosphere comfortable.

Famous Footwear has the worse customer service. I would never step foot in a store or do an online order. They do nothing to make things right. They have lost a customer that has shopped with them for over 15 years.

They wrote that the order couldn't be processed because the billing address was incorrect, but they charged my debit card for $47.8. Very bad shop, not recommended

I have placed an order and paid by credit card but have not received any items and no reply from email.

Worst shipping ever. Order is 14 days old and still no product. Crappy shipping managers must be sleeping

Rating is really a 0. I am being discriminated against for FedEx mistakes I never received my package and customer service told me I can no longer receive orders to my address. WHY? I WILL BE ADVERTISING AGAINST FAMOUS FOOTWEAR.

Would give ZERO arts if I could. Worst customer service ever. The supervisor is a complete jerk.

Buyer beware

Do yourself a favor and don't order from this online store. 2 pairs of shoes, and I'm VERY disappointed due to the price versus quality. They both look like customer returns! One pair of Nike: Uppers were slightly creased. Smh no shaping inserts, no extra shoelaces, no stickers affixed to the sole. The bottom of the shoes which should be bright white looks more like an off-white. Obviously it's been in the box a long time. 2. A pair of Converse same situation they appear to be returns and even have some damage on the outer sole :( SMH I will never order from Famous Footwear again. 😤

This is one of America's worst businesses! There is zero customer satisfaction and managers are not interested in resolving problems related to quality, shipping, returns, credit, or refunds. Do not do business with Famous Footwear!

Honestly got mine on time, perfectly how I'd ask... I feel sorry for the other ppl, but my experience was the opposite... I wonder if its because not alot of ppl are writing good reviews that the stars are so low

My wife, daughter and I shopped here recently. There were huge banners reading “Buy One Get One 50% Off”. Also, when we walked in the store, the associate yelled “we’re having a huge Buy One Get One Half Off Sale”. We found a pair of Nikes then decided because it was half off the next pair we’d get another. We also got a third but didn’t find a fourth we liked. So three pairs of Nikes. At the register the cashiers revealed that it only applies to certain brands (Crocs and some others), not Nikes. We reluctantly paid full price.

These are dishonest business practices. At the bottom, the sign says “some exclusions apply”. Excluding all Nikes is not some exclusions. It’s a huge exclusion.

My advice is: choose a different shoe store. There are so many better ones that actually honor what they say.

Ordered 4 pairs of shoes this month (2 separate orders). Very happy with the fact that all items were a good fit while arriving within a week. Saved a lot with the 20% welcome discount after my first purchase. Rewards program adds up quick! Will be buying again soon! I don't know why they have such a poor rating on here so I wanted to give them some credit for creating a happy customer.

The girl who was working was really nice and gave me a deal on something other then shoes so I was kinda happy about that.

They double bill you for a product you did not get!!! Then they do not respond, cancel reward accounts for no reason....terrible place.

The location on Old Counrty Road in Westbury. There was a pair of mens sneakers way up top, couldnt reach. An employee happened to walk out of the back where were were standing and my husband asked him for a pole to get the box down. This stellar empolyee said "im on a break" and continued waking. My husband proceeded to tell him just what he thought of his attitude, and the guy said "Im not getting paid to help you!" Word for word! I was appalled and the manager said she'd "speak to him" Really? He should have been fired on the spot. Plenty of good people looking for jobs these days, this one shouldnt be allowed to work with the public.

Will never order again from famous footwear! Horrible customer service. Package was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days but literally took 27 days. Arrived at usps depot 1 hour away in 5 days and sat in warehouse for 22 days. After 10 days I called usps to see if I could pick it up they said call sender to authorize pick up. After 4 phone calls getting hung up on and transferred over and over famous footwear said they can’t do anything even though they just need call usps or change authorization online. Finally received package after a month even though the package was less than an hour away in perfect weather.
I will NEVER order from famous footwear again!
