Captcha problems
I was unable to complete my purchase using Firefox on Ubuntu, as the Captcha failed regardless of input. I did eventually manage to do the Captcha using Chromium, but I then had to revert to Firefox for the actual download. Frustrating.

I've used Fanatical multiple times now…
I've used Fanatical multiple times now and not a single issue. I use them mainly to save money on pre-orders that I know I will want to purchase. The one drawback is refunds. You can only get a refund if you haven't revealed the key and it has to be within 14 days of the order. So if it you activate the key and play it for an hour, you can't get a refund. Whereas, purchasing directly from Steam, you can get refund if you play the game for less than 2 hours. So no trying the game with Fanatical. So I wouldn't buy from here unless you know for sure that you will like the game or have seen reviews.
