Absolutely awful company. Adverts are misleading, customer service is non existent. Still waiting 4 weeks later for a reply to my email

Ordered new season football top via Fanatics as they were stating 'despatched 5 June or before.' Added to basket, bit surprised to see £4.95 shipping and 99p handling fee then added. Placed order, waited for despatch confirmation - nothing received. Trying to contact customer services didn't help! Now received email that item to be despatched shortly (5 days after they took the money) for delivery by 15 June. Disappointing, not helped by extra fees & inability to get a response via customer services.

Quick delivery, and quality products! Will re-order in the future.

I wish I read these before I ordered.
Ordered for a birthday last week. Got next day delivery just to be sure, but it still hasn’t even dispatched 5 days later.
Chat option online is useless and after finally getting through to someone in a call centre, they had no access to any information and said they would update me via email which still hasn’t arrived.
It’s now going to be late for the birthday and I’m unsure when it is going to arrive at this point.
Awful company.

Horrendous Customer Service!
Bought a personalised jersey for my son's christmas last year – the number on the jersey was wrong and I've been trying to get it fixed ever since. I've have contacted customer service every month for the last 7 months and still not sorted – waiting for a refund…

This has gone on that long the jersey is now last seasons!! Do not buy from this company.

I can't track my order with the order number I was given. Still not received my sons Jersey for his 21st birthday and no email address for this company.

I ordered a football shirt for my Daughter birthday on the 23/05/2023 paid extra for it to arrive on the 25/05/2023 before the her birthday, today is the 3/06/2023 still nothing, complained, their answer was that they are unable to let me know as the email address is not the one they have on their system, yet again they sent me the order confirmation to that same email address, they won’t refund me and the shirt is still missing.

Very very little for those of a bigger size. Couldn't find anything i liked in 3xl. Bit discriminatory in my opinion.

Ordered a England single duvet cover on 28 May, and today it arrived!!! (1 June) Was worried after reading all the negative comments, but it is an official England duvet cover, and arrived 4 days before I expected it. Only downside was the £4.95 delivery charge plus 99p handling charge, but was still cheaper than ordering off the England site. Happy and relieved customer!

Brought a Chelsea jersey from the official store online with a player's name on the back. Received the top in the post and under closer inspection the letters of the name were different sizes and the last who letters stood out more than the rest. Can't believe they think that is acceptable to send the jersey they obviously don't check and inspect the jersey before being sent out to me. Really disappointed with the quality of printing and service by Fanatics. I had a similar problem when I was in America visiting family I ordered a custom t-shirt with my name on the back and the print was meant to run down the centre on the back but it didn't it started to veer off to the right near the bottom of the t-shirt. Unfortunately, this company is the only way to get a player shirt from Chelsea Official Store. They did refund the money for the jersey and it has been sent back, and another has been ordered I just hope I don't get the same problem again with the new jersey. Please get someone to check the jerseys before being sent out in future!!

I was worried to order after reading these reviews, but as I also sell online, I know these days most people only do negative reviews when things go bad and generally don’t give reviews when things turn out well.

I bought two XL F1 hoodies from Fanatics International and they were delivered to my door in Sydney Australia in 7 days.

The hoodies were quite expensive at around $170AUD each.

They were genuine hoodies and of very good quality. It’s a shame I can’t post a photo here..

So I personally will buy again from them.

Why on earth does this company still exist? It is AWFUL. Avoid like the plague and sacs your money. No customer service and garments wrong/poor quality

Shocking!

Order a hoodie, quality is horrendous and the sizing is wrong. Now I have to pay another £5.90 to return their substandard product on top of what I already paid for delivery. Oh and it arrived late.

Poor, Poor, Poor!
Actual merchandise isn’t top quality, ordered two tops both XL. One was too small the other too large. How??
Refund process been a nightmare and taken over 2 months to get some money back. Not the full refund and you always pay for postage!
Customer help is near nonexistent, automated function gets stuck in a loop and when finally got through to someone, took 15 mins to answer. Did help a bit.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE.

Very very poor service. Ordered two garments through the Olympic shop. One arrived, the quality is appalling. The second garment never arrived. Extremely bad customer service. They lied telling me it had been sent when in fact it never was. I have applied for a refund. Avoid this sham of a retailer at all costs.

Please remember this is not in anyway affiliate to the NBA Stores. If I could give a zero I would. 3 week delay when it arrived they send a men's XL not YXL customer shirt, customer service cut me off, digital assistant does work, live chat is none existent, tried to return it want allow it. Sent e-mail to customer service no reply. I would avoid purchasing anything from this site, if something goes wrong then good luck.

I ordered a cap beginning of april for a friend, fan of Chelsea, who lost his hair because of chemo therapy to treat lung cancer. Never arrived. Customer support not reachable. Stay away from this company!

This company gets such bad reviews, but I've ordered twice and had a great experience. Both items on 2 separate orders came within a week. Thank you Fanatics.

I would have given 5 stars, but the delivery was a few days late. I was quite worried after reading some of the reviews on here, but the quality of the item is great, the fit is exactly as described, and it came with all the official NHL tags on it. Would order from Fanatics again.
