Wanted a specific McLaren hat for my husband. FanBRANDS was the best priced. They communicated regularly, right through until delivery. Thank you!

I ordered several items and paid a high shipping fee, expecting fast delivery as advertised. Unfortunately, most of the order took much longer than promised, and communication from customer service was minimal—mostly vague tracking updates without real assistance.

One of the items that did arrive was defective, and my complaint hasn’t been properly addressed so far, which is disappointing. That said, part of the order eventually showed up, and the working items were as expected.

There's a lot of room for improvement in both service and accountability. I can’t fully recommend this store based on my experience.

Customer service were very helpful and very friendly. I ordered a Ferrari Team Pro Jacket. Customer service replied to me twice, once in relation to the product itself and then once to inform me of a shipping tracking error - these things happen though and I was glad to be kept in the loop! Shipping was a bit slow (13 days), but this would be more of an issue with the service provider and didn't have too much of an effect at the end of the day. Highly recommend FansBrands and it is where I will be getting my F1 merchandise online in future!

Amazing communication, items of great quality, fast shipping. The only problem was that I wasn't able to pay online but it was probably issue with my bank. So I've changed payment method and paid to delivery guy when items arrived. A lot of thanks from a happy Czech customer.
