Supply absolute garbage and make it difficult to get refunds. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a speed radar device from Discount Supplies not realising that it was linked to this Cowboy Outfit. It arrived but didn’t work so I emailed customer- care at fantasysupply.com who told me to return it to a company called 4PX Leicester Commercial Park Unit 1, Dorsey Way GRS T5ZX3XM Leicester LE19 4DB. They also said that I would have to the pay return postage in spite of the fact that the item was defective. This is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I returned it to the address above and paid the £2.69 postage and today the item has been returned to me having been undelivered. These people are scammers, therefore I am going to report them to trading standards and seek a refund from my credit card company. Avoid this company and is subsidiaries like the plague.

Order an item on Go Groupie and this Cowboy outfit are the supplier.
Never had delivery to Sussex and apparently they have delivered to an address in Kent 20 miles away Wont replace or refund as they are claiming i provided wrong postcode..Utter nonsense i provided house no street name County name and Postcode..

Ordered a dog cooling mat from go groopie who use this supplier. Mat is not as described and sizing incorrect. After much back and forth via email I was offered a refund or replacement but when I asked for the refund they outright refused. Very rude customer service and what appears to be a con.

Prime - Supply- uk so far useless,the email address they supply to contact them, The email address they supply is not found. I'm waiting for 2 orders,so this is probably another scam, If not 1star is being generous.

Literally do nothing to help with things go wrong!
Ordered a handheld game thing from Wowcher, the delivery date came and went, the seller (who turns out to be in CHINA!) said it would be with me in 2 weeks, which was well past when I needed it for. I said no thanks just give me a refund, they said no, said to refuse the parcel when it arrived (which was hard as there was nothing on it to say it was from them, and I get several parcels a day), they then said to return it AT MY OWN COST and RECORDED DELIVERY and once back they would 'decide' if I got a refund?! And if they refused to refund me I would have to pay to get it returned to me! The thing only cost me £12!!!!!

Item never turned up, told to wait a bit longer and still did not turn up. Asked for a refund but did not get a reply until I involved DISCOUNT EXPERTS. It took almost 10 weeks for a refund to be actioned. be warned D E do not want to know, they pass messages onto the seller and then wash their hands !!!

Ordered portable vacuum off of wowcher from this company and it stopped working halfway through using it on my car clean! I've emailed and it feels like it's gone through thin air. AVOID AT ALL COST!! THEYRE SCAMMERS!

Bought an auto rotating cordless hair curler and during the first use it stopped working. Terrible Quality. Avoid buying from this company

I ordered 2 dash cams off wowcher who use this company. Absolutely horrendous company, items never arrived and communication is terrible!! Despite not receiving my item im finding it impossible to get my money back!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Sold me a product that was not what was on the picture or even the box it came in. Refused refund. Dodge company.

Bought a dashcam through wowcher the product was not fit for purpose, would no format tf card no matter what I tried what is the point of a dash cam that won't record,fell of wind screen holder every journey, emailed company and they wanted a video of it in use .do not buy from this company faulty goods and they are not interested in sorting out issues

Bought a voucher through Wowcher. It was for a greenhouse cover. I had to pay £5.99 for delivery. The cover came it didn’t quite fit and was poor quality. So I sent an email to return it. No one responded so I got in contact with Wowcher to contact the merchant. I got a sarcastic customer service agent email me. All I wanted was to return it and they kept saying their product was fine do they are putting it down as change of mind. They kept emailing me arguing that fact. Disrespect to the customer is a big no no. i would not recommend buying anything from them again. Rude customer service people is terrible.

Ordered a watch via go groupie when it arrived the watch strap couldn't be adjusted it just hung down from my wrist .contacted fantasy who replied we can't give customers a refund if the item doesn't fit ! Trying to find address to return the watch

10/06/2020. Since my complaint to both Wowcher and Fantasysupply.com, the advertisement has been altered to include "Insulating Cover" but, it is still selling for £13.99 with a claim that is a 71% saving yet, you can purchase the same thing on Amazon for £11.99.....I rest my case.

Further to my review below, this company is to my mind fraudulent. They advertise on Wowcher and this is the exact heading "PVC Garden Greenhouse - 4 Sizes!" but, they just send the PVC cover without any framework or shelving and they claim along with Wowcher that my £13:99 paid is a 71% saving. And when I requested through e-mail how much would the framework cost they informed by return email and I quote "As of the moment we do not sell the frame for this product"

On Amazon with the very same picture is the very same greenhouse along with shelving and framework for £32:95 and so I ask how can £13.99 be a 71% saving on a PVC cover only. This is misrepresentation and to my mind on a fraudulent scale.

I bought through Wowcher a 4 tier garden greenhouse and the picture on Wowcher shows the whole thing frame, shelves and cover but.....when it arrived, it turns out that you are only purchasing the PVC cover and if you look at the very bottom of the advert (under the picture of the whole thing) there is a drop down arrow and in that is the information that only the PVC cover is supplied. I have forwarded this onto Trading Standards. "The Fine Print" All hidden away......."Please note that the frame pictured is not included with purchase".

I would rate no stars do not by from this company . Quality of goods are appalling faulty and not try’s to size as is there customer service . Will be taking them to the small claims court Avoid like the plague !!!!!!!!!

Ordered solar lights via wowcher weeks ago and never received them. Tried to email but address is undeliverable and bounces back. No lights, out of pocket, unable to contact them. Avoid.

Orders a weighted hoola hoop belt. It didn’t fit around my leg let alone waist.

I contacted them to return item as is completely resellable. They argued that the purchase was the right product. I reasoned that it’s the same as if id bought jeans that were too small- I’d return them!

The product isn’t fit for purpose as I can’t use it.

They said the purchase is my fault so won’t return the item!

Absolutely horrendous customer service.
